The perfect day

If there was a day where everything was fine,

Where the sick would be healthy and the starving would dine,

Where kids could be kids and no one would worry

And people would look around and not need to hurry.

Where the poor would have wealth and the sad would smile

People's happiness would stretch through a mile.

The bullies would leave, the sun would come out

And people could love one another without a doubt.

But this day only happens in the brightest of dreams

The ones where you wake up, and you happiness beams

The ones with ponies, unicorns and fairies,

The princes and princess would all get married

As much as I wish this could all be adjust,

Learning a truth Is always a must,

We live in a dark world, with fury and hate

People get hurt on a regular date

So I'm sorry if this isn't what you had in mind

But lately the truth is very scarce to find
