This is mommy's friend Matty
*mattys pov*I looked at the little boy, he was frail and pale.
I looked at Daisy, her face tear stained."Hey Timmy it's nice to meet you" I said quietly approaching the little boy
"Hi, I know you, you're mommys hero" the little boy softly saidI looked at Daisy. I was so lost on what to say
"I was 15, before William, I had Timmy, my sister takes care of him but he knows I'm his mom. William wouldn't allow him in our house " she said looking down
"Is he sick?" I asked
"Osteosarcoma" Timmy said
"But surgery is tomorrow and they're hopeful they remove all the cancer" Daisy said
The nurse came in
"Okay Timmy, time for meds and lunch, say bye bye to mommy and daddy" she said"Bye mommy, bye daddy" the little boy smiled
I didn't have the heart to correct them
"Well call you before and after his surgery tomorrow" the nurse spoke as Daisy placed a kiss on Timmys forehead
We walked out of the room and I just pulled her Into a hug
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you, I kept him safe" Daisy mumbled
I pulled her away slightly to look at me
"Its okay , you did what you had to do. So long as he's safe, does his dad know he's here?" I said
She shook her head
"He died before he was born" she sniffled
I nodded
"Lets go buy our boy a teddy then grab some food before we head to the airport" I suggested
She looked at me over the use of the words "our boy"
"He called me daddy. I'm not gonna crush he's heart and tell him no, I just can't do that I'm sorry" I said as we walked to the gift shop.
※※after giving teddy to Timmy and taking a pic*
I smiled down at my phone, I was quickly falling for Daisy. And I'd do anything to keep her, even actually becoming Timmys dad.
I made the decision to talk to her about adoption and get it started asap
