The girl had brown hair, glasses and a perfect round face. She was different looking than most girls. With her eyes piercing into mine, I picked up on some emotions. Insecurity, pain, confusion. She seemed so...out of place. I'd never seen her before. I wondered if she even went to Bergland High. Probably not. Berg is small, and I know pretty much everyone. I'm popular after all. I stood up, tapping Alex's shoulder and saying "see ya later." Then I walked over to her. Her slutty looking friend saw me walking towards her friend and turned away. The girl smiled at me. I smiled back. "Hi I'm Brandon." I said, thrusting out my hand. She slipped hers into mine and said "Hi there. I'm Amanda."
