While everyone else waits to eat their food until we get home, I have Misun eat it on the way there.
By the time we get home, she's finished the whole meal thankfully.
Everyone the kindly lets me carry her inside before anyone else goes in.
I just lay her on the couch and then lay down next to her...
"Jimin, I've been doing enough laying around lately."
"But now you're with me. It's completely different."
Everyone else comes into the living room with us and turns on the tv to watch immediately.
As the show they chose to watch starts, I wrap my arms around her and lay on her chest.
"Jimin, I'm not comfortable.."
She pushes my head off of her, so I lay on my back and have her rest on my chest instead.
She puts her arms and even her leg around me.
I then put my hand on her let, just close my eyes, and feel her being able to breath smoothly.
I realize it's her leg that she broke, so I stroke it softly even though it's just her thigh.
"I wish I could protect you from every single bad thing that could happen to you in this world."
"But you already do."
"Today proved that I don't and it was all my fault. I need to pay way more attention. I was so stupid.."
I squeeze the blanket next to me in my frustration.
"You are not stupid. When I was in trouble, you took action, you didn't just lie around."
"I tried to perform CPR on you, but it didn't work no matter how hard I tried. I failed.."
"So that's what happened to me."
"What do you remember?"
"I just remember running to the bathroom because I felt sick, then everything else is just a blur."
"Oh okay.."
"Is there something I should know or what?"
"No! Nothing!.."
She lightly hits my chest.
"Jimin, tell me!"
"I love hearing you say my name at full volume again.."
"Please tell me!"
"Alright! All I did that you don't remember is just, I washed you off. I just cleaned you, that's all."
"What..how?"
"In the shower. Where else would I wash you off?"
