Chapter 24

Misun POV

After sitting down to eat a burger with Jin, my blood is boiling.

I watch as Jimin eats with the boys across the room. He's not even looking over, ever.

"Is the cheeseburger good?"

"Oh.."

I pick up my uneaten burger to take a big bite out of...

I then give Jin a good thumbs up for how the burger taste.

"So I was thinking.."

I ignore him to look back over to Jimin so I can check if he'll look over yet.

Still nothing!

I'm about ready to pound the table with my fists at this point.

"What do you think, Misun?"

"Oh sorry, what did you say?"

"I was just wondering if you'd like to check out the arm museum in Chicago with me."

"Uh yeah, that'd be fun."

I have to absolutely get Jimin's attention. I need him to somehow regret ignoring me.

Jin's hand landing on mine then brings me out of my thoughts...

"I just wanted to let you know that your hair looks really good today.."

I take my chance and giggle loudly at an attempt at getting Jimin's eyes...

"Aaw thank you, Jin!"

I lean over to take both of his hands in mine.

Jimin better be looking or this is all for nothing.

"Your hair doesn't look too bad itself."

"Thanks.."

I glance over and he's still just eating his burger silently without giving a second thought about me...

That's it.

I'm done with his games, so I'll start playing some of my own.

"Oh you have something here.."

I lightly rub the corner of Jin lips, acting like he got some food on them.

While he's captivated, I take my chance and lean in farther to kiss him.

"Mm!"

I get scared for a moment after shocking him, but he soon falls for it.

I keep our lips connected for as long as I possibly can without it getting awkward.

Is Jimin still not watching or what?!
