Hello, my darling. I am your Mistress, your Queen, your Duchess. I want you to lean back, relax. Feel all your muscles releasing your tension, become loose and rubbery. Focus on any sounds in the background. Listen to them, and let them flow over your mind. Close your eyes, let's begin. Imagine yourself in a dark room. A spotlight is flashed onto a door. It has a dark blue trimming and an elegant door knob. You slowly approach the door, with each step you get sleepier. Once you open the door, you step into it. You're in a dark hallway, with doors all along each side. You walk down the seemingly endless corridor. You pass door after door. You turn, and stop in front of an open door. You step inside. In it, is a large room. You walk towards the back, and notice a pinprick of colored lights. The closer you get, the bigger they get. You finally each them, each footstep taking you deeper, and deeper. It is a wall of colored glass, light shining through. As you step up to the colored lights, you feel the warmth on your face. It makes you sooo sleepy. Step through the glass, and it makes way for you, passing over you like water. You step into another room, this time it is smaller. There is a pedestal, with 5 stairs letting up to it. Climb the stairs with me.

1. You put your first footfall, and you feel your emotions melt away. All your stress from the day just leaves you. You fall deeper, and deeper. Like falling into a pool of nice, warm water.

2. You climb higher and higher up the staircase. You don't feel anxious to see what is on top, but you feel content to be here at all, to be climbing the staircase and falling deeper and deeper.

3. You are almost there. You look down. The staircase is being held up by your friends, family, lovers even. All the people who love and  care about you, are supporting you and your journey to bliss.

4. You can almost see the pedestal. All your worries, bad thoughts, all just melt away. The only thoughts in your mind are how many people love you and how much they care about you. You fall deeper and deeper, sinking so wonderfully into that pool of water.

5. You reach the top staircase. As you put that first step in the pedestal, you are overcome with a wave of relaxation. As you look at the pedestal, you realize it is a brain. It is your brain. But it has small, black, wiggly worms crawling over it. Reach down, and pull the black thoughts out of your brain.

"Nobody loves you"
Pick it up, and flick it off into the abyss. You are amazing and wonderful, and the black thoughts don't control you.
"You're ugly"
Pull it apart, and toss it behind you. You are beautiful, inside and out. The black thoughts are jealous of your beauty.
"You bring everyone down"
Throw it to the floor and crush it under your foot. You bring a lightness into everyone you meet. You bring so much joy and happiness. It's the black thought that brings the sadness. The black thought wants to shift the blame, and it blames you.
"Your NOBODY"
You pull out a big, nasty black worm. It wriggles in your fingers. Throw it as far as you can away from you. You are amazing and talented and a wonderful person. You are SOMEBODY. No matter what happens or happened, you are incredible.
You find a white worm, wriggling among your brain. Pull it out.
"Your amazing"
Put it back into your brain. It multiplies, and spreads.
"Your beautiful"
"Your smart"
"Your worth it"
"I care"
The positivity overwhelms your brain, and then in a flash, all the white worms disappear. In it, left, is one thought.

"You are loved"
