"But it's always worth it after. Don't you think?" His eyes widen as all the colors of the sky mesh together. Any shade of blue fades slowly as the dull yellow and orange colors take over, hints of purple and red scattered around.

The sun sets slightly off to the right behind the buildings as the clouds pass over it now and then.

"This is the best view of the city. You can see practically everything from up here. The view has changed so much over the years, buildings were added and some taken down or repaired."

You take out a blanket from your bag as Jimin continues to be memorized by the view. "How did you find this place? It's beautiful." He says turning around only to find you lying down with your arms tucked behind your head and your eyes closed.

"Please don't tell me you fell asleep already." Lying down next to you looking up at the sky he says "You never said how often you come here I mean you were even prepared with a blanket."

You sigh sitting up and crossing your legs facing him as you look down at him, you play with the side of his shirt paying more attention to your hands than him. He smiles wide at your small and endearing action.

"I had to pick up a book on this side of town one day, got lost, and ta-da. I don't come here as often as I would like because of how far it is, I was planning on coming here today which is why I came prepared."

You say tapping the blanket, giving him a small smile as you continue to mindlessly fiddle with his now wrinkled shirt. He sits up mimicking your position and your hand leaves his shirt as you look up at him. "So do you have a reason for coming to these places?"

"I come here to hide Jimin. From the world, from my family hell even from me. People rarely come here anymore... it's where I come to be forgotten... much like everything else in this park."

You turn your head away from him, looking to the sky. "When I come here I want to not focus on the burdens of life. I don't come here to sleep, I come here to forget about who I am... or trying to be."

You scoff closing your eyes for a moment before looking back at him. "My mom tells me I'll be wasting my time on a mediocre life if I don't become a doctor or lawyer or own something worth fighting for. While I'm here... I-I'm not me, I'm just someone else that exists."

"And here I thought you were gonna tell me that this is the place you get it on." You release a loud sigh rolling your eyes and lying back down so over this day, wondering if this was all worth it.

"Okay, I'm sorry." He lies on his side facing you just looking at your peaceful face.

"I get it. I feel like I want to disappear, I mean my life is always under a microscope. I've seen more of this city today than I have in my entire life."

He signs thinking about what he would usually do around this time. He feels stuck in his ways and doesn't know if he is truly content with his life. All he does know is that being the prince is what he is meant- has to do.

He sighs as he steals a glance at you before looking back down at his hands playing with a loose thread on the blanket below him.

"I usually go to the same bar and the same club. It was the first thing I saw, so latched on to it trying to find some... normalcy... outside of the castle."

"Jimin," Looking up at him you can see the turmoil in his eyes about his future. You get being a fuck boy is just the result of being stuck. He finishes talking about his life and you can see his body relax, almost like talking to someone different was all he needed.
