Jittery flight

Like the rain,

It comes and goes.

The smell of wet mud,

The smell of stone.

Rain patting on your lips,

You have breathed a first.

Before you have experienced it,

The moment's past in dust.

Such is life.

Nothing to hold on to.

Baseless is life.

Why look for something to hold on to?

The long walks,

Fresh strawberry pulp.

The noisy bus rides,

Now, all forgotten.

As I sit high over then ground,

The wind is in fury.

Sometimes, when I feel lonely,

I feel the need to do it all over again.

Such is life .

Nothing to hold on to.

Baseless is life.

Don't look for something to hold on to.
