For the people out there who are suffering from Anxiety, the only thing i can tell you is to start believing in yourself because it can have an impact on your anxiety, you have to believe in yourself, believe that you can do it.
When you're out and you see people so you start to panic, you have to stop walking, touch your chest and tell yourself nobody is laughing at me nor talking bad about me and tell yourself that yourself that you can do it. Remember that when you want you can.
You have to go out like everyday and start from the bottom like the first day get out at eight AM then nine AM ...
You can't live with anxiety, you have to try to beat it, you have to go out, and try to control yourself, remember that nobody is laughing at you.
Believe in yourself and never give up.
For the people out there who are suffering from eating disorder, it's quiet the same actually you have to believe in yourself and you have to accept yourself in and out, you are beautiful and wonderfully made, whatever size or weight you are it doesn't really matter, because you are somebody and if people love you then they do because of your personality not because of your weight,size,beauty or smartness. Don't be ashamed of your body nor you. You are good the way you are, feel beautiful, because you are. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
If you're not okay with your body then you can do workouts and exercices and it really works, they're no need that you starve yourself and stop eating, it really isn't worth it.
Don't be ashamed of your body nor you. Feel beautiful. And eat because sometimes food has nothing to do with weight/size, some people out there eat just too much but they're still skinny, and some people don't eat and they're still curvy. It really isn't worth it to starve yourself.
And you can find great centers for eating disorder recovery, remember that strong people are the ones that admit they need help.
