***Drake's POV***

I stare down at my little minx, dumbfounded.

"How-?"

She gazes up at me and smiles that heart stopping smile of hers. "It wasn't hard to find. Actually, I found your address the day you left. I just... I had to think."

She looks behind me and frowns. "I'm sorry. I didn't know you had company. Sorry for bothering you." She turns on her heels to flee.

I grab her wrist before she can take off. "No. Don't. Don't go." Is all I can manage to say.

I let her wrist go and step away from the door so she can come in. "Please?"

She steps inside and my minx is home.

***Cass's POV***

I don't know what possesed me to finally go see him. But here I am, inside his house. And all I want to do is hold him and never let go. The thought shocks me. I've thought of nothing else for the past three months. I couldn't eat or sleep. I couldn't focus on work. I even lost 10 pounds and I know it shows.

"Umm... Hi?" I search his face for any clue on what he's thinking.

Then, he smiles. God I love that smile. "Hello, my love." He grabs my waist and pulls me to him. For the first time in months, I smell his sweet cologne again. I can feel his warmth, radiating off his chest.

Looking up into his eyes, I see sadness and joy. I start to tear up. "I-I'm so sorry!" I rush to get out. "I shouldn't have reacted that way. I should've called you. I-" He cuts me off with a kiss. His lips warm and soft against my own. He tastes like heaven. I move my lips with his, opening my mouth slightly to let him in.

"Ahem" a cough on the other side of the room startles me. I forgot there were other people here.

We pull away from the kiss but he doesn't let me go. Not that I want him to.

"This is Brian and Eric. My 2 best friends. Guys, this is Cassandra." He says, never taking his eyes off mine.

I turn my head away from him and greet the other men in the room. "It's good to meet you. Drake, please let go." I say as I struggle out of his grasp.

"Not if you're going to leave, again." He whispers in my ears.

"Not until work, mon cher." I smile, cheekily up at him.

He let's me go so I can turn around and greet his friends, properly. I hold out my hand to Brian.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Cassandra." He says, using my outstretched hand to yank me into a hug. He is a large, burly man with dark, shaggy hair. His entire body engulfs me.

After a moment, he lets me go, only for me to be dragged into another hug by a tall man. Eric. He's skinnier than Brian but still just as strong, with dirty blonde short hair. "Hiya, Cass! Drake's been tellin us all about ya!"

A low growl comes from behind me and Eric immediately lets me go. I laugh. "Well then. It's great to meet you both. And Drake?" I turn back around to face him. "I'm going to steal you for a few. Where's your room?"

He grabs my hand and pulls me out of the front room.

"We'll see ourselves out!" Eric calls from behind us, chuckling.

Drake pulls me to his bedroom in the far back of the house, gently pushing me inside and closes the door behind him.

His bedroom wasn't at all what I expected.  It was a disaster! It looled like a tornado has come through this room. Broken glass, cigarette butts, and clothes litter the floor. A dark curtain covers what I can only think is a large bay window. I stare at the room in utter shock.

"Sorry about the mess." He mutters. "It's not usually like this. I..." He sighs. "I had a hard time recently."

I turn to him, slowly, look him up and down and smile. "I did too."

***Drake's POV***

Her smile is so sad. I study her face for a moment. She has dark circles under her eyes. I can tell she lost some weight, as well. I guess we both have been having a hard time, with the separation.

I cup her face with my hands. "Oh baby, I've missed you." I say before lowering my face. I miss her lips, gently, afraid she'll take off again.

She pulls away just slightly. "I've missed you too, for some crazy reason." She moved away from me and makes her way to my untidy bed. "But let me say this before I lose my nerve."

Oh Goddess... Please no...

I stand there like an idiot, looking over at her and wait.

"That scared the crap out of me, Drake. You... You shifted in front of me with not much of a warning of what was happening." She pauses and looks up, our eyes meeting. "What scares me even more was that, when you left.... When you left, I felt so empty. I was afraid I'd never see you again. I was terrified that, if I came here, you would shut the door in my face. But..." She stops.

"But what?" I ask, taking a step towards her.

"What scares me the most..."

I take another step.

"Is that I love you. Irrationally and irrevocably. And I can't understand why."

One more step closer and I'm right in front of her, gazing down at her beautiful face.

She starts to shake. "I can't sleep. I can't eat. I can't do anything but think of you." She turn her face away, fidgiting with her blouse.

I lift her chin with a finger so she's looking in my eyes. "That's because we are mates. We belong to each other. I'll explain everything, ma cherie." I pull her to her feet, wrapping my arms around her.

"It was the same, for me, just so you know." I tell her, honestly. "And I love you too." I lean down and kiss her hard, feverishly. Her mouth opens, letting me relish in her taste.

Pushing her back on my bed, I climb on top of her, never letting us break our kiss.

I love you more than anything in this world. I push the thought to her, watching her eyes widen for a moment before she wraps her arms around my neck.

Then take me. Make me your's, love.
