I Meet Austin!

By the time I got backstage I thought of all the possibilities of the reason he had me come back here. You can tell the concert is over and everyone is leaving all of a sudden Austin comes back and is standing 3 feet away from me. I have no clue what to do but I know to stay calm.

Austin: "hi my name is Austin if you didn't already know"

Me: "haha I know☺️, it's so nice too meet you" (wow I love his corny side jokes)

Austin: "You too! I saw you in the crowd and I just wanted to say that your beautiful and I just had to meet you, I know it might have been weird having my manager take you back here but I couldn't think of another way haha"

Me: (oh my gosh! Did he just call me beautiful!). "Thanks it really means a LOT for you to say that!"

Austin: "Your welcome! But I was also wondering if you would want to hang out some time? After my tour maybe? I'm almost done just 3 more concerts to go?"

Me: (O.M.G did he just ask me out😳) "that sounds great!"

Austin: "great! Here is my number so we can make plans"

Me: "here is mine😊"

Austin: "well I have to go do a meet and greet but I'll talk to you later and oh I didn't catch your name?"

Me: "it's Kate and okay! Bye!"

Austin: "bye Kate!"

I'm quiet the whole time thinking if this is just a dream or is it real life... This is too good to be true. Am I on punked? Then my dad snaps me back in to reality and asks how was the concert? I say amazing! No wait more than amazing! It was the best thing ever! My mom dad cousin and brother are in the car and I blurt out I meet Austin backstage! My dad pulls over and everyone is staring at me... I say yeah it sounds crazy but he even asked to hang, mom would I be allowed? Everyone laughs and my dad continues on driving. Well that didn't go as expected...
