Chapter 18

The episode start with Viren and Jeevika in their room in Chandigarh. Viren was busy checking a file while Jeevika was feeling bored. He wanted to spend some time with this husband. Suddenly the maid came to call Viren.

"Sir Dadaji is calling you" said the maid.

"okay tell him i am coming" replied Viren.

As soon as Viren was about to step out of the room, Jeevika took his hand and didn't let him go. Viren was stunned because normally it would be him to do this.

"Virenji stay here. I missed you. It has been a long time since we spent some time together" said Jeevika.

"Arrey Jeevika i know. We were all occupied with the maya's problem. But don't worry i am here now" replied Viren. Viren was happy to know that Jeevika wanted to spend some time with him.

Viren pulled her near the bed and make her sit on it. Both sat down. Viren turned in a position to be able to face her. He started touching his face and saw that Jeevika was blushing. He loved to see her blush like this. He was so happy to have a wife like Jeevika.on the other hand, Jeevika also was feeling so happy and proud to have a husband like Viren. After some seconds their lips were about to touch each other. And finally they kissed passionately. They forgot everything around them. For one second, they felt as if their were no problem going in the house. They were just feeling each other's presence. Finally Jeevika broke the kiss as she remembers something important.

"Virenjii i forgot. Dadaji has asked you to come downstairs. You should go now before he gets angry. I can't let you forget your responsibilities jist because of me" said Jeevika.

"okay i am going. But we are going to continue this when am back" said Viren while smirking to his wife and he went. Jeevika start to blush more. She was feeling so lucky to have him.

On the other side, In chandigarh Virat and Maanvi were playing games. Virat was waiting for opportunities to confess his love but every time he failed to do so. Being determinant he thought that he will do it in some days. Because as of now he wanted to spend some time with Maanvi. He was also afraid whether Maanvi would reject him. So he decided that he will tell her after some days.

"Viraaattttt why are you always in reflection?" asked Maanvi curiously.

Virat suddenly snapped out from his thought.
"partner nothing. I am just concentrating on the game" replied Virat. And they continued their played. They have played for hours but were still not fed up. Maanvi also was having feeling for Virat but she didn't want to confess.

"why am i thinking like this. Virat is my best friend and my partner. How can i be in love with him. But it also true that i liked him a lot. But even if i love him. He wouldn't be feeling the same.he just broke up with Maya. How can he love me?and even if i tell him, he wouldn't want to marry someone who is having cancer. Because of my cancer,i will never tell him anything" thought Maanvi. She had lots of questions in her mind and was very confused. At some point, she felt that Virat also loved her by seeing his behavior but then she tried to ignore that. But she was unaware how much Virat loves her.

Finally it was time to go have dinner. Beeji came to call them for dinner. And seeing that Maanvi got a bit better. She told her to also come downstairs. Both of them followed beeji downstairs and sat on the chairs.
The entire family were already there waiting for them to come. Then chachi started to serve dinner and they served Virat lots and lots of food. Virat was stunned this amount of food in his plate and told them that he can't eat all this but beeji insisted saying that he is the guest here.

"how can i eat this. It is too oily and spicy. And there is too much. Whereeeee is my saladddd?" thought Virat sadly missing his salad. Everyone started eating but Virat was still thinking.

"Virat beta why are you not eating? Is the food bad?" asked Beeji sadly.

"no beeji it is very tasty and am going to eat it" replied Virat trying to reassure Beeji. He could not bear to see them sad. Maanvi on ther hand noticed that Virat was not used to this kind of food. And she also knew that Virat would always eat this with salad. She was sitting next to Virat.

"virat i know that you don't eat like this and that you must be missing your salad. But today i can't do anything. Sorry but i promised that tomorrow there will salad for u" said Maanvi in a whisper tone to Virat. Virat nodded and for his love he tried to eat the food. But as there were too much, he left some.

After dinner, everone watched tv and went to their respective rooms. Once in his room, virat called Viren

"hello bhai. I am already in Chandigarh. Sorry i forgot to call you u and tell you. I was going to call you but then maanvi felt sick. I couldn't and i was also spending some time with them. Anyways how is bhabhi? " said Virat.

"Jeevika is fine. How is maanvi now??" replied Viren.

"bhai she is fine now. Don't worry" replied Virat.

"Okay. Yeah now you are going to forget me" said Virat jokingly.

"nooo bhai. How can i forget you" replied Virat also joking. And they talked for some more time and hung up.

Note: Guys sorry for being inactive for years now. I have been very busy dealing with school and after that straight university. But hopefully this year 2024 i will be back and continue to update! I was planning to stop writing this book but seeing that many people are still interested in this story, i will definitely continue the book.
