ABARRANE

"Hey, miss. Calm down."

Medyo nagulat naman ako. A handsome guy named Vance is a god-like man. Like bitch, take me!!

"Oh. Nakakainis lang kasi." umirap ako sa hangin. "By the way, what are you doing here?" I casually said like we're really friends but I know we're not pero pano ko siya kakausapin diba? If he's my close friend's boyfriend, then he's my friend too. Wow, Zeva. You're acting nice now, huh.

Vance Mendiola is wearing something so papi today. Navy blue shorts, white v-neck shirt, a pair of white stan smith and a phone in hand. A total papi! Kung hindi lang 'to kay Driana, nako.

"We're about to go on a date but unfortunately, Driana has something to do so I'm dating with myself now." He said with a small smile. He talks so manly na nagmumukha na siyang masungit pero I think he's really kind.

"Sakto. Do you have something to wear na sa acquaintance?" tanong ko. Mematanong lang. I'm not really k i n d to other people na nakakakilala ko pa lang but let Vance be an exception. Boyfriend ni ate girl, e.

Bago pa siya makapagsalita, I heard something na nakapagpakulo ng dugo ko.

"Are they dating? Ganoon pala talaga siya ka-bitch, i heard Driana is her close friend. Tamang ahas lang sa kaibigan? Medyo pokpok ha." i looked at the girl who spoke.

"Did I heard you right? Care to repeat it, squammy bitch?" i glared at the girl who spoke. Bullshit, start with me.

Magsasalita na sana siya when Vance said something.

"Shut up, miss.." he looked at me then smirked at the girl. "Miss... squammy bitch." what. the. fucking. fuck. Did he just said what I said?

And then, we walked out. With class, of course.

Pagkalabas ng shop na 'yon, I gave him my precious high five then we both laughed at each other's temper. And that was the first time I saw his laugh. Pero hindi naman big deal yun diba? What are you asking, Abarrane? Ugh.

"What the hell, Vance. Didn't know that you have that side! You amazed me, big time!" tuwang tuwa kong sabi. Medyo natawa nanaman siya.

"Well, I learned it from you." ako naman ang natawa.

"Don't blame me for your bitchy side. Baka ngayon lang lumabas kasi nakahanap ka ng may bitchy side din." I said as we walk to--I don't know basta naglalakad kami.

"Haha. Shall we eat? I'm hungry and pangbawi na din dahil you took care of my Driana." medyo nacornyhan ako dun sa my Driana pero carry on kasi kinikilig din naman ako sakanila.

"Sure. Where to?"

Medyo natawa ako ng makarating kami sa gusto niyang restaurant--I mean fast food chain.

And guess what? Jollibee ang pinuntahan niya. Very unusual for a fine guy like him. He's rich--hindi ko naman sinasabi na bawal pumunta ang mayayaman dito but it's very unusual for him--kaya sobrang unexpected na dito kami kakain.

"Really? Here?" natatawa kong sabi.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Do you want to eat somewhere else?" he apologetically said.

"No, no. It's fine. I'm just shookt because you? and Jollibee? Medyo malayo." I said. Gesturing na okay lang ako sa Jollibee.

Nakakahiya naman kasing tumanggi and it's really fine with me. Gutom na din kasi ako and matagal-tagal na akong hindi kumakain sa Jollibee.

"May I ask why do you want to eat here?" I'm really curious. Diba nakakapagtaka?

"I..I really want to eat in this place with Driana but I'm scared that maybe she won't like this place. You know, she's a vegetarian." he said. Medyo nahihiya ata si gago. Ako lang ba o ang cute niya? Okay, wtf Abarrane, can you please stop?

Pero it's shocking right? Vance? Nahihiya? At kay Driana pa?

May 3 years relationship din palang nagkakahiyaan.

"Why don't you ask her next time? Maybe she would love to eat here with you. Possibilities, Vance. Mahal ka naman nun kaya I think she'll love Jollibee as much as you love Jollibee?" medyo alangan kong sabi.

"What the hell, Abarrane. That sounds so corny." sabi ko sa sarili ko ng marealize ko ang sinabi ko.

"I'm about to say that but I know you don't want to get embarassed so--" he bursted out laughing.

Ugh, please take me Lord. Why did my mouth said that corny things kasi? Ugh.

"I'm so much embarassed now, V. O-order na nga lang ako." I stood up and fall in line. A queen should not fall in line but I'm soooo embarassed kaya let it be. Once in a blue moon lang din naman ako pumila.

Kahit nakapila na ako ay rinig ko padin ang tawa niya. God, I didn't know that a laugh can be a calming music too.
