I sat at the bar, my legs lazily hanging off the stool, I was completely wasted, I couldn't remember how much I had too drink, I knew I'd probably have too find a way too leave soon, a guy sat on the stool to my left, and took a shot, "Hey there." He said, I turned and saw him looking at me, "Hi." I replied, "I'm Matt" he told me, I smiled a bit, "Hi, Matt" I said, so fucking drunk I had no capacity too have a conversation, after awhile, we had drank a bit more together, and we're now dancing with each other, his hands all over my body, not that I minded, I turned around and rested my arms on his shoulders, and kissed him, I pulled away and looked at him, "You wanna get out of here?" He asked me, I lazily nodded, as he held my hand and walked out of the bar, with me following him.

My eyes fluttered open, my head throbbing loudly from the night before, I looked around before realizing, this isn't my house
panic quickly flooded my mind, had I been drugged? Was I pregnant? Who did I sleep with? I turn too my side too see an empty spot on the bed, I decide too get up, and put on my clothes from last night, I walk out and see down the hallway, the guy I danced with last night, well, it would seem we did more than dance but you get the idea.

"Morning, sorry if being in there alone scared you, i usually wake up early" he said, I looked at him and shook my head a bit, "it's okay, uhm.. what time is it?" I ask him, "9:30" he said, "I figured I'd let you sleep, especially after last night." He added, I knew what he meant, I was a bit sore, but nothing too bad, "thanks" I said, kind of awkwardly, "could you maybe drive me to my place? I don't have another way home." I told him, he chuckled lightly and nodded, "sure, come on." We got into his car and I told him where too go, after he reached my apartment, I got out and he walked me too my door, "Well I guess this is the end of the road." I said, a bit jokingly, "Doesn't have too be." He said, I looked at him, confusion clear on my face, "Do you have any plans for dinner?" He asked, I shook my head, "You wanna go out?" He asked, "This how you get all your dates?" I ask him, he laughed a bit, "No, I am serious about the date though.'' He told me, i thought for a bit, what do I have too lose, plus, free meal, "Sure, why not." I said, I got inside and wrote my number down on a piece of paper, and handed I too him, he took it and smiled, "Thanks, I'll call you.'' he said, I nodded and closed the door.

~ 1 year later ~

"And that's how we met." I said too my friend, "God, true love found in a bar, while drunk." She said, laughing a bit, Matt walked up behind me, he rested his hands on my shoulders, and leaned down, kissing my head, causing me too smile, I placed my hand on top of his, and stroked it with my thumb, softly.
