Many of us would enjoy having a glow up, so I am here to give you a few tips on how to help the process. 

Physical Glow Up: 

-Develop a good skin care routine: You should wash your face two times daily to keep oil build up to a minimum

-Start working out: Strive to workout five times a week for an hour 

-Drink your water: Water will help clear your skin up, boost your immune system, and keep you hydrated

-Diet: Start eating more fruit and veggies and limit your sugary food/drink intake 

-Basic hygiene: Shower one to times daily, clip and paint your nails, and possibly using a toothpaste/baking soda combination to whiten your teeth

Mental Glow Up: 

-Cut out the toxic friends: You are reinventing yourself, so get rid of the people that drag you down.

-Smile: Smile more, you will start to become happier.

-Be optimistic: Try to think of every situation the best way possible.
