Saved By The Bell

I ran as fast as I could to reach the end of the hallway trying to find where to hide and where to go. Suddenly, I heard a bang on the lockers and a loud voice. ''Hey, Nathan! Playtime is over  stop hiding." I looked both ways until Michael Jones and his crew of waste men,  came along to block my way. I felt so cramped while they came closer and for the first time, I felt lucky... The college bells went off."Catch you later Robinson!" Michael and his friends left and began mucking around as usual with Natasha Williams. It makes no sense! Like why do all the assholes get all the pretty girls? Anyway, on the other hand, I'm not another sad story.  To some, it appears that I am but I'm not. As I rushed down the stairs, Sam Jones (Michael Jones' Brother) also my best friend came to keep me company. Sam and I have been friends for a long time and he has never given me any problems, unlike Michael. We spoke for a while about our day and waved goodbye, but while walking away,  I witnessed something that changed my entire life... A poster of Superman! Yes, Superman the most powerful of all! I began to imagine pure power and control but to my knowledge, it wasn't just for me...

I finally arrived home feeling tired as my parents both came to greet me. In my life, both my mum (Gwen) and Paps (Henry) have been very supportive throughout my growth this is of course because of the disappearance of my older brother Chris. There was no evidence of anything which broke my parents and I's heart if only he were here life would be different maybe I would have more friends but who knows. 

" There he is my old boy !" cheered Paps.  I answered him with a simple ok and ran upstairs but he called me over. "Your mother and I both signed you up to see the amazing animal DNA opening evening at Gotham Museum. Since you love science and animals, this will be the best place for you to explore the wonders of science and to also see the new Jaguar DNA and its features. Don't forget it's tomorrow at 7 pm you can invite Sam if you want." I was thrilled, so amazed it was a true shock! The moment I went upstairs to my room, I rang Sam telling him about this great news...
