Chap 1

Byul groaned, picking herself up from the floor her twin just shoved her to. Most mornings were like this. The two girls had the house to themselves,  seeing that their parents were away on business.

She shook her head, dusting off her uniform before grabbing her lunch from the fridge along with an apple before leaving for school. She didn't care if Bora would be late, if she even went to school.

It was the first day of the school year. At a new school, no less. She wouldn't know anyone and, if she was honest,  she didn't really care.

Bora was the popular one, not her.

The walk didn't take long with her music pumping through her headphones.

Suddenly thankful for the ballet lessons she was forced through as a child, she was light on her feet as she moved around the growing crowd of students to find her locker. Once her things were safely tucked away, she closed the metal door before heading to her classroom.

'i guess it's a good thing I took up that offer for the tour of the school a few days ago' she thought to herself as she took the two flights of stairs up and then down the hall.

Once in the room, she found an empty seat towards the back,claiming it quickly before pulling out her current book.

You could day she was a bit of a nerd. She liked reading, video games on occasion, and staying at home. She didn't hate school or learning, but it wasn't her favorite thing to do.

She took note that the bell would be ringing soon before a familiar sound rang in her ears.

A laugh.

A very windshield-wiper type laugh.

She head shot up to see him enter the room,wiping a tear from his eye. Once he composed himself, he met her eyes before smiling.

"Byul!"

"Hi, Seokjin Oppa."

She was happy she would have a friend after all. Her and Seokjin knew each other through their parents and the many business events they were forced to attend since they were younger.

"If you're here that means..." He smiled fell as he was cut off.

"Oppa!" Bora said sweetly, hugging on his arm. "I didn't know you went to school here."

Byul and Jin rolled their eyes simultaneously as Jin pulled away from her. The only reason Bora had any interest was because he was friends with her sister and not her. His smile quickly found it's way back to his lips as he took a seat next to Byul.

"Why didn't you tell me you were going to school here now?"

"I didn't know you went here."

Jin opened his mouth to say something but was cut off by the collective squealing of a ground of girls in the class. The two looked over to see what the commotion was.

A handsome looking blonde boy had just walked in, smiling sweetly to them. He caught Byul's eyes, smile widened before his attention was dragged away. Byul felt her face heat up a bit before turning her attention back to her friend.

"Who's that?"

"Min Yoosuk. Stay away from him, Byul. He's nothing but trouble." Jin said in a serious tone.

Byul shrugged. He didn't seem the type but then again, she didn't know him. If Seokjin didn't like him, there was probably a good reason.

It was at that time, she noticed another boy sitting in the seat next to Jin. He looked similar to Yoosuk, the only noticable difference was his soft black hair and bored expression. Jin noticed something had her attention so he turned to look.

"Ah! Yoongi, there you are."

"Yeah, yeah. I didn't want to come, but my parents forced me."

"You should care more about school,  Yoongi." Jin scolded.

"Whatever. I'm gonna nap."

Jin rolled his eyes, shaking his head. He quickly smiled at Byul's curious expression at the exchange.

"That's Min Yoongi. He might seem cold, but he's a good guy."

"I can still hear you, hyung." Yoongi muttered while yawning.

Jin waved his hand, ignoring the younger male.

"You'll get used him. As well as the others."

"Others?"

"Hey. There's me, Yoongi, Hoseok, Taehyung, and Jimin. You've met Namjoon before."

"Oh,yeah. I remember." She giggled at the thought of him freaking out about breaking one of Mario figures she had given to Jin for his birthday one year.

The bell rang, cutting off their conversation as the teacher walked in.
