(F/L/N) = Fake Last Name
(F/B/D) = Fake Birth Date
(Y/N) = Your Name
(Y/L/N) = Your Last Name
(Y/B/D) = Your Birth Date
Pretty much when there's an 'F/f' in front of something, it's your fake name. If there's a 'Y/y' then it's your real name.

On the ride back to 'HQ', I'm caught up on pretty much everything. The main point is they have a guy with anger management issues that can turn into a titan. The next expedition is in about 3 weeks. Apparently, if I train hard enough, I'll be able to go.

I've learned everyone's names. I actually have a pretty good memory... when it comes to names. (A/N: If you don't just go with it XD) The only other girl, Petra Ral will be my guide around HQ until I get used to it. 

"We're here." I hear Levi say. He practically pushes me out of the carriage.

What a gentleman.

We then walk to Erwin's office. He said he wanted to speak with me privately. Levi drops me off at Erwin's office and walks to his, I assume. 

I knock on his door. "Come in." I open the door and walk in.

I nervously pull at the ends of my hood. "You wanted to see me?" I ask.

"Yes. I'd just like to write down some information about you. I also have your uniform." The Commander says, handing me 2 pairs of white pants, button-down shirts, khaki jackets with the Scouts' logo, and green capes with the Scouts' logo. 

"Why do I need two?" I ask.

"Because when you're washing one, you need something else to wear around HQ, don't you?" He smiles. "Please, have a seat."

I sit down and lay my hands on my lap. "So, what would you like to know?" I ask.

"I'll ask for two profiles. One for your real identity, and one for your fake one. And don't worry, your real identity will be safely kept in my locked drawer. And, I'd like one more person to know your true identity while we're discussing your lives." 

I nod my head. "Come in, Hanji." 

I turn my head towards the door and a tall woman with glasses barges into the room. "Hello, my fellow humans! My name is Hanji Zoe, I'm the scientist for the Scouts and a Section Commander." She introduces herself.

I pull down my hood and stand up. "Nice to meet you, Hanji." I shake her hand.

She smiles. "My pleasure! From what Ewrin told me, you need a mask, in case your hood falls off, and I'll make it! I just need measurements." She explains.

I nod. "Okay. Can I do it after I'm finished talking to Commander Erwin?"

She jumps in excitement. "Of course! You're so polite! How adorable!" She bends down to ruffle my hair.  

I smile at her and sit back down in my chair. She sits in the chair next to mine. 

"So, let's start with your fake identity since that probably won't take long." The commander pulls out a blank piece of paper. "Okay. Simple questions. Name, birth date, and birthplace. Of course, the made up ones."

I cough. "Uhm, (f/n) (f/l/n). May 4. Wall Rose." I say, spitting out random things.

"A back story maybe?"

"Sure. Uhm grew up with two siblings. Parents divorced. Dad moved to Wall Sina to be an MP. Brother's in the Garrison. Both parents had well-paying jobs before the divorced. A pretty innocent family." I summed up. I then turned to Hanji. "Hey, Hanji?"
