Right after the super silent and super embarrassing lunch with Ara and this girl, that obviously stole his heart by looking at him from time to time, he left with a simple " See ya later" and a smirk on his face.
He turned back to the rooms to finish his dutys of repairing showers and toilets.
But now it would be a little different though. He would work with more
elan and motivation. Doing sanitary work doesn't seem so bad anymore since he would have his heart lady working in the same building as him.He would make excuses, just to pass through the entrance to steal a glance of her at work.
She was stunning. Her blond hair straightened, long to the hips, nice flowery shirt, black pencil skirt, black high heels to enlarge her figure.
Those red painted lips of her almost surpass the big dark eyes she has.As soon as she noticed him he would walk away nervously, trying to act cool. He wouldn't want her to think he was a loser or something.
As soon as his work ended Ara came to check on him.
A:" Yoongi-Ah! Are you done. Let's go now I'm tired."
Y:" Yes! One second I'm just leaving my stuff in the storage room."
Nervously walking straight through the entrance, Yoongi tried to steal a glance without making himself to obvious to her.....
'Oh she must have left.' He thought after passing by the reception to the storage room.
After leaving his stuff he picked up the old lady and left the building.
As soon as reached his room, he saw Han-ah standing at her door that was situated opposite of his just a little further. He stood there with his key wanting to enter without saying anything but got intercepted by the girl.
H: "Hey.. Sooo. ... you live here huh...?"
Her eyes indicating the door he tried to enter.Y:"Yes..."he sad nodding and looking back to the ground.
H:"If you're hungry, just come down to the kitchen. I'll make you something...."
Y:" No...it's okay. I'm more tired than hungry....I'll go to sleep."
He felt bad for refusing, but it's better not beginning to get to close. He stayed frozen at his door, fixing his gaze on her eyes and widely smiling face that makes his heart skips more beats than he'd like too.
She, standing there in her pink silk shortama and a cute candy like headband surrounding her hair tigh up in an upright ponytail.Cutest image.
A:"Oh...okay, well...good night!"
She smiled at him what melted his heart and made him smile back.
She left him behind entering his door and shutting after him.
He took his shower and went to bed.Meanwhile Yoongi was sleeping, Han-ah went to the kitchen.
She took a happy, deep breath.
How she missed her big stressful, chaotic, and full kitchen.'One month of vacation was too much' she thought, looking at the super empty, clean, resting heart of her father's restaurant.
H:"Are you happy to see me back, daddy?", she said smiling at her dad's picture hanging at the wall of the kitchens entrance.
Han-Ah always connected the kitchen with her father.
All happy memories, beautiful times and experiences that she made at her father's side, she did all these here in this kitchen. She remembers how her father taught her how to cut onions, fillet a fish, and fry meat when Han-Ah was just a kid. She remembers his regulations he thought her regarding hygiene and durability, clean working and artful serving.
He sure used to be an artist loving the art of food creation. And she admired him for his love and effort he would always put into each of his prepared dishes. He enjoyed the smile of his costumers the moment they would get their dish and complement the chef. How much she tried to become like him, cooking the way he did, serving the same way...she never succeeded.
" That's what it's all about...to give love and to receive love back!", he would teach the apprentices that were learning from him.
He was her hero, her mentor, best friend and father.
At the thought of his sudden death, an unimaginable sadness overcame her.She began shedding tears at the thought of the way he left the world.
Her heart in pain drenched in sadness at the thought of him not being here anymore to see her taking over his place.
But she learned to accept that it was his choice to leave her behind...He knew she was strong enough to overcome everything and become the strong independent, confident leading personality he would describe her to others.
He knew she would continue what he had started, she would increase his work to the maximum.
Hiyuk Si was sure of his daughter that she could conquer the world.Even if Han-Ah didn't felt the same way.
She was never sure to be the one to step into her fathers footsteps. But Hiyuk Si knew her better. And he was right. She became that person he wished for. And she knew she would succeed. No matter how long she would work for it.
Only the sky is the limit.
That is what she use to tell herself.
That is what she believes in.She did her best. While she would go abroad to study more arts of food creations, new recipes and servings, she took Hoteliers school aswell.
She learned management and leading positions to make sure she would do what's best for when she would take over the family's business. She didn't like making mistakes. That's why she was a very passionate woman.
She knew that for her goals it takes more than just basic stuff. She gained one certification after the other, one diploming attestation after the next.. .
She worked hard.
The only one holding back her dreams was Alice.
Her own mother. She was and is always the one who never paid attention to her success. She would never say that she's proud of her, or motivate her on keeping her work going.
Alice never praised her daughter for well done work but turned everything down. She would never tell her that she was good enough for anything.Han-Ah got used to her coldness and counterattack her with the same behavior. She wanted her mother to feel the pain and injustice, that she used to get.
It feels good to empty the heart that has been filled with sadness by crying.
After she calmed herself from crying, Han-Ah wiped her tears from her face and took the menu card to see if she should add a new dish. She started looking as she hears footsteps...
' Did he come down after all?'
