It was one of the girls I saw at the bench, my eyes widened and my cheeks turned bright pink. "I-i-I am so sorry!! My dog gets really excited to be at a park and play with other dogs" I quickly exclaimed. She smiled at me and started giggling, and may I note her giggle is my new favorite sound. "It's ok, thanks for catching me. I'm Vanessa" "that's a pretty name for a pretty girl! It's nice to meet you, I'm Y/n" I blushed realizing what I just said and looked up to see her blushing too. We were staring at each other for a few seconds until the other girl that looked like Vanessa came to us, "Vanessa there you are, we got worried you were there and then when we turned around you were gone" before Vanessa could speak I said, " sorry about that, my dog ran her over trying to get to that dog over there" she looked at me startled, "oh my gosh, I'm so sorry I didn't see you there, I'm Veronica, Vanessa's twin sister" "it's nice to meet you, I'm Y/n" I smiled gently shaking her hand. I looked over to see Vanessa smiling at me which makes my smile widen. Veronica looks between me and Vanessa then started smirking at us. I looked at her confused while Vanessa started blushing. Vanessa cleared her throat kneeling down to pet Roscoe. "He is so cute! The dog he was playing with is our dog tiger" Roscoe barked and started licking her face causing her to giggle. Veronica spoke up, "it was nice meeting you y/n! We should definitely all hang out soon" she hugged me and looked at Vanessa with a smile and walked towards tiger. I looked at Vanessa to see her already looking at me, "hey I know we just met but can we maybe exchange numbers so we can hang out sometime? I-I-I m-mean you don't have to if you don't want to" she said nervously turning even redder then before. I chuckled at her, "of course! Here" I said handing her my phone and her handing me hers. She started typing her number and hands it back to me, I smiled at her contact name, Nessa❤️. I put me as Y/n/n❤️. "I think I should get back to my family, It was really nice to meet you, I'm glad your dog ran into me. I'll text you, bye y/n" she gave me a hug and started walking. "Bye nessa" i walked to my car looking back one more time seeing her smiling and waving at me while Veronica kept nudging her. I laughed and got into my car and headed home. I need a nap lol
