"Cole.. Threatened to kill the baby and me.." Says Ana. "WHY?!" Asks Liz. "Because I came home late, I was at the doctors." Says Ana.

*Brian comes in*

"Heyy..woah what's Ana doing here?" Asks Brian, shocked. "Cole threatened her." Says Liz. "I don't know what I'm gonna do when he finds me." Says Ana. "Hm.. Well you're still in contact with your long lost brother, Ryan, right?" Asks Brian. "Yeah, why?" Asks Ana. "Because maybe he can get custody of you." Says Brian. "Wow that's a great idea! I'll give him a call!" Says Ana.

* Ana calls him *

After the call...

"Well?" Asks Brian. "He said that he will but I was thinking maybe we can all live together? I think it would be best for the baby." Says Ana. "Of course, I'll ask Mikey about it."

* Brian leaves *

"I still love you..." Says Liz. "I still love you too." Says Ana. They end up kissing.

* Brian walks in *

"Mikey said he can't wait." Says Brian. "Yay the court date is scheduled for three weeks." Says Ana.

* Three weeks go by *

"Now we are here today because Ryan wants custody of Ana, correct?" Asks the judge. "Correct." Says Ana. "Now tell me, why do you want to live with Ryan?" Asks the judge. "Because I'm close with him, and I can't live with Cole anymore." Says Ana. "Why can't you?" Asks the judge. "H..he..a..ab..abus...abused..m..me." Says Ana, crying. "Tell me a few things what he did." Says the judge. "H..HE KILLED MY MOTHER, IT WASNT A CAR ACCIDENT, IT WAS HIM, THEN HE BEAT ME WITH HIS HANDS, ANOTHER TIME HE BEAT ME WITH A BAT, THEN WHENEVER I BROKE A GLASS HE CUT ME WITH IT." Says Ana. "Okay. That's all I needed to know, thank you." Says the judge.

"Now Cole, why do you think Ana should live with you?" Asks the judge. "Because unlike most parents, I show her the consequences of behaving badly." Says Cole. "So it is true, you have abused her?" Asks the judge. "Yes, but she deserved it." Says Cole.

"Okay, Ana, has he done anything else to hurt you?" Asks the judge. "Yes..he raped me." Says Ana, pointing to her stomach. "Okay, I've made my decision.. Ryan now has custody of Ana." Says the judge.

Later that day, Cole got arrested for 30+ years for physical, mental, and sexual abuse and murder.

Someone knocks on the door.

"I'll get it." Says Ryan.

* Ryan opens the door *

"D..dad?" Says Ryan, confused. "Son..where's Ana?" Asks Ryan, and Ana's father.
