So you're able to see the tool I used above. Its one of the best thing ever in this app. You just drag tiny circle and adjust till you're satisfied! (:

I just did the other cheek in really hard way I mean adjusting and setting but then it won't match the other so gotta undo. Medibang don't have mirror stuff so even if i copy paste it, its no use.

So back... Just look on the pic below and you'll notice that the red outlined shit is always in the seym shape so if you remember that shape it'll be easy for you to draw.
