Phana and Kit spent the rest of the afternoon inside Granny and Forth's House. Usually Forth would shower Beam with attention.
Like giving him a plate of rice, bringing him water, placing the food on to his plate, asked him if the food is good enough for him and tell him to eat a lot. At first Beam hate all of this Princess treatment from his Nong Forth, but he already get used to it.
Now Forth just sitting on his place beside Beam while eating his food quietly, he doesn't even look at Beam and focus on his plate.
" Forth are you sick? "
Granny asked as she saw how quiet her grandson is, Forth just look back at his grandmother while chewing his food and then shaking his head.
Beam want to talk to Forth but he doesn't know how to start it, it's always Forth who start everything. Conversation and all the small habit like taking him home or helping him at the Clinic, it was always Forth who eager to do it for him. Now the boy just silent and it makes him feel weird.
' Geez... what's wrong with this kid? And why am I worried about him? '
Beam shakes his head and continue eating.
Phana and Kit looked at each other, Kit nudges on Phana's arm and moving his head to both of Beam and Forth. They sit across them beside Granny. Granny stand herself and walk to the kitchen to grab more food.
Phana coughs.
" So.... Nong Forth, how old are you? "
Damn... Kit want to slapped Phana so hard for starting a conversation as akward as that.
Forth glares at Phana instantly and the tall man can feel shivers around his spine. He's way older than Forth but this kid scared him a little, it's like Forth want to peeled his skin and throw his body into the salty ocean water so he can die painfully.

Forth answer shortly, he stop eating and looking at Phana.
" Oh... wow... d-did you work at the dock after school? "
Phana shutter at the intense awkwardness and nudges Kit elbow for help.
Beam look at Phana confuse, he already tell how old Forth and where he's working after school, why did he asked him again?
Kit looked at them both, Forth really looks like he want to kill Phana that instant.
Forth drink his water and crack his neck to the left.
