Chapter 1: 18th B.Day, Finding My Mate & Being Rejected & Leaving

Adyn's (POV)

It has been 3 years since I won the talent contest. 3 years since I signed up with Supernatural Music. I had set up my DJ booth and all decorations the day before. The old Alpha insistent on throwing me an 18th birthday bash. I had even baked my own cake and all kinds of other yummy food for the party along with the old Luna. She is like a second mom to me. I was in my room when there was a knock on the door. I sniffed the air and it was my brother," Come in, bro."

He opened the door and stuck his head in with a smile and said, "Happy 18th little bro." I grunted. I was only in my boxer brief's and trying to figure out what to wear. I watched my brother out of the corner of my eyes and he just chuckled and said, "Relax bro! This is a night to be happy. Your 18 and your going to find your mate and if he or she rejects you, well I guess I'll just have to kick his or her ass."

I just smirked and said, "You wont have to bro! If the guy that I think is my mate and rejects me, I'll just accepted it and leave the pack and travel. But I'll give him one good look at what he is missing out on. You reject me and it's your soul that is going to suffer and not mine."

He was now setting on my bed and laughing so hard, I thought he was going to piss himself. He is now the Beta. I had stayed clear of Vykter the new Alpha. He just keeps giving me that damn look like he doesn't know if he wants to kiss me or kill me. My brother finally calmed down and says, "Oh by the way! The other reason I'm here is Alpha Vykter wants to talk to you before your party starts. Something about clearing the air between the 2 of you???"

I just chuckled and then said, "Don't ask me what he wants! He always gives me this one look that say's he wants to kill me or something. Anyways, tell him I'll be there in a few." He just nods and chuckles as he leaves.

What the fuck does that asshole want. This can't be good. Ugh!!!!!! Oh well. I look at my closet and decide to go for a dark and sexy look. I place on my black skinny jeans that are tight as fuck and show my ass off, a black tank top, that fits tight against my chest and you can see me abs through it and I place my True Legends Never Die, with no sleeves and a hood on it on. I chuckle. True Legends Never Die is the name of the group that I wish to start. I had this made up to show my love and support for my pack.

It has the Rising Sun Pack symbol on it and its done up in light green and blue with some yellow on it. I put my black combat boots on and do my make-up and look at the clock when I'm done. 15 minutes until my party starts. I had wrote a song for tonight and if my mate rejects me, then I will sing the song that I wrote. It's called: You May Have Rejected Me, But You Will Never Get Over Me.

I grab my keys and look at my room. Everything is already packed. I smirked. I have a funny feeling I know who my mate is and so I decided to go ahead and packed ahead of time. The only thing that ain't packed yet, is my DJ booth and if I have to leave before midnight, I'll have my folks send it to me. I'm actually going to stay with my grandparents at the werewolf capital. My grandma owns and runs a café there and asked me if I wanted to help her and I said yes. They had sent me my birthday gift 2 months ago.

A beautiful black F350 truck with the ability to tow anything. It had the triple cab that I liked and all. The bed is 12 foot and I could haul a huge ass horse trailer behind it. I chuckle at that as I grab my keys. I actually bought a huge ass horse trail that I remodeled and I can use it to store my stuff in it, until I get to my grandparents and then I can set it up as my own party pad. The trailer was as long and as wide as a single wide trailer. I had put a bathroom and all in it. I had built the area over the hitch that hooks to the truck as the bed and a storage space. I built the back end as the bathroom and the rest has a small kitchen and setting area and tv spot.
