Colors aren't my thing (Remington Leigh)

Chapter 2

I had so much courage while doing this, but it really was the alcohol talking. I just hope the alcohol keeps talking for me tonight. I was still a little nervous even with the alcohol, but I wasn't  gonna let that show.  When he shook my hand it sent shivers throw my body "hi I'm Remington"

 he turned and pointed to his band mates "those guys over there are my brothers, Sebastian is the oldest and our guitarist, and Emerson is the youngest and he's our drummer." I smiled and waved to them, they waved back. Emerson then whispered something to Sebastian which made him laugh, I didn't question it although it was weird but I chose to think nothing of it. 

I looked back to Remington smiled and said "so I guess that makes you the middle child, and there lead singer right?" "Yup, I guess so" he smiled "well that's my band spread out" I pointed to Tyler "the guy talking to Sebastian is Tyler our drummer, The guy next to Tyler is Jason our guitarist, and um the loner over there leaning against the wall next to the counter is our bassist Damien " "um I'm pretty sure damien hates us, he doesn't talk much" Remington stared at him for a second "huh weird" "yeah but I could be wrong he might just be shy. Ohh and that girl grabbing drinks in the kitchen, is my best friend and our manager."I  Yelled to her to try and get her to come over to us "Jasmine!!" She didn't here me so this time I tried something else "JASmine can you bring me a drink!!".

When she heard me say that and turned right around and brought me a drink. Remington said "yeah I've already meet her"  "Ohh, hey Remington, I see you meet avery" she winked at me and nudged my shoulder with her elbow, and he noticed this so he burst out laughing. This made my face heat up, and get embarrassed. So I just took another sip of my drink and walked over to Damien to see if I could get him to talk. He just looked at me weirdly so I said "hey... so, how have you been liking tour?...." he looked at me for a second then awkwardly shoved his hands in his pockets "um it's been pretty cool, especially tonight I couldn't believe that many people new our songs" "yeah that was pretty cool" 

"Umm.. so.." I propped myself up on the counter and swung my long legs over the edge of it, because i needed to get comfy for what I was about to ask. "This is really random, but do you like hate us or something" "umm......well... it's not that I hate you I'm just kinda awkward and I guess were not that close" "hey if  you wanna be closer then come on and come hang out with us" I jumped off the counter and grabbed his arm and started pulling him towards everyone "jasmine, imma need two shots" she looked at me then Damien then gave me what I asked for. I handed Damien one "you ready to be closer to your band mates" he shrugged and nodded.  We then tossed both the shots back.

Damien and I were pretty drunk now, but I had gotten him out of his shell. he was pretty cool, once you got to know him you would've never known he was shy. My drunk ass decided to yell "omg we should go to Walmart, and play truth or dare!!!" Jonas looked at me funny then said "wha-" but he was quickly cut off by jasmine (who was also pretty drunk) yelling "omg yess!! We used to do that all the time when we were teens! We need toooo!" "ok so who's in!?!" I yelled

Every one ended up going, We were just now entering the doors of Walmart. Me and jasmines eyes lit up like Christmas trees at the sight of toys and food (but manly food). I slightly turned my face tords jasmine while my eyes were still on the food " jasmine, I dare you and I to go hit up the chip isle" 

I grabbed jasmine's hand and we starting walking tords the chips! God I've never felt so hungery. Remington came with us and was dying laughing, then I realized he was recording us while we stuffed our faces. Jasmine flipped off the camera with one hand and was stuffing her face with the other hand. Once Remington was done recording and put his phone away i asked "hey! Dude! You want some there pretty gOoD" "nah I'm good" "ha your loss, more Cheetos for meee" 

Remington somehow managed to find a jar of  Nutella and was eating that. Then some lady that just happened to be working here walked over to us and started yelling "hey! You know you have to PAY for that" I looked at her, rolled my eyes and said "don't worry we'll pay for them when we're done" then turned to Remington who was right next to me (keep in mind we're still on the ground lmao) and mouthed out the words "we really won't" she looked at me and said "you know I can see you Im not stupid" "see what. I didn't do anything" "I just watched you" "dude, your crazy I didn't do anything" she rolled her eyes and said "yeah whatever, you better pay" while walking off. I yelled "we will" then I turned to Remington and said "we won't." He broke out into a fit of laughter. 

Jasmine pointed at Remington and I then proceeded to say "hey you and you! truth or dare" "uhhh, Dare!" We both said at the same time "ok I dare you guys to get close to a lot of people and just casually scream then walk off.  We both got off our asses, and found two family's in the isle labeled "school supplies". We we're standing there casually looking around then Remington grabbed my hand "Avery, you read" "Yup" he started to count down "3,2,1!!!" we did a weird jumping motion then "AAHHHHH!!!!!" some people yelped, jumped, and some just stared at us but we didn't care we just walk of. When we made it back to jasmine she said "I just texted Jason,  he said everyone's in the liquor isle playing truth or dare" "ok lets go then" Remington said while smiling, jasmine look at Remington and I  weirdly and said "hey you know the dare's over and you don't have to hold hands, right?" Me and Remington looked at each other and quickly let our hands go. My face was a bright red I could feel the heat throughout my body. All I could do was stare at the ground and try remember what his hand felt like, Omg, why did this guy I just met have this kind of effect on me. Jasmine interrupted my train thoughts by saying "hey! Let's go dude"  "oh yeah sorry" 

We made it to the liquor isle and we're watching Sebastian complete his dare from Jason, The two have grown quite accustomed to each other. Jason dared Sebastian to d some of the alcohol, while he was drinking it straight from the bottle I yelled "hey!!! save some for me Sebastian." right after that, the girl from earlier came down the isle "you guys need to leave!! We have gotten so many compliments!! First not paying for stuff ! Yelling at shoppers!  And tipping over shelves!! Public indecency!! GET OUT NOW BEFORE I CALL THE COPS!!!  We all looked for each other and then for the next exist. 

When we made it outside we all broke out in laughter, then I said "wait.. who pushed over the shelves and who did the 'public indecency'." Emerson looked up at me and said "well I kinda pushed over the shelves because Damien dared me , and Damien did the 'public indecency' Thing." I gasped and looked at Damien "you little troubled maker! Haha" "ha guilty, but I'm not the only one who did those dares" he looked at me and raised an eyebrow "ha, true" 

—-—-Back to the tour bus around 1am ———

At this point almost all of us were black out drunk. Remington and I were talking about our passion for Harry Potter and what houses we were in (I'm in slytherin). And he randomly points out my lip piercing "hey.. wow that things cOoL" "yeah I know, hey wanna feel it!" "Huh!! Yeah" I made a pouty face so my lip piercing would stick out more, so he could touch it. While he was feeling it I heard a snap than a flash of light, Did Emerson just take a photo of us?
