Chapter 14 : Performance #2

Ash and the gang make their way to the water city , Humilau in Unova . Ash tells the gang about his past experiences when he was still travelling around Unova . The gang is amazed at this but they get shocked when Ash says he has died many times in the past . Serena starts to tear up while Ash comforts her .
Ash:- Hehe. Sorry bout that . Anyway , les keep on moving .

They reach Humilau by nightfall and Ash being champion and Serena being Kalos Queen , they are instantly taken to a luxurious hotel to spend their night . But Serena and Ash don't sleep just yet as Ash helps Serena for her performance the next day . After a long long training session , they go in a deep slumber , but Ash wakes up after a few hours and starts training with his Pokémon as he wants to be no slouch either .

Time:- 7:00 AM
Ash :- Come on Guys hit your hits faster , time your attacks quicker and deal more damage while in battle Alright ? We just can't afford losing .

His Pokémon all agree and they start to rest while Ash goes to wake Serena up for breakfast .

Ash:- Sere, wake up !
Serena:- Mmhhh , Just 10 more mins .

Then , Ash gets another idea for waking her up . He slowly leans in until their lips collide and starts a quick make out session with Serena . This seemed to wake her up as she instantly opens her eyes and melts into the kiss. After a few minutes , Ash breaks the kiss much to Serena's disappointment .

Serena:- Hmm , I would love to be waken up like this !
Ash:- Then for you , I am gonna do it everyday !
Serena:- Really ?
Ash:- Yep ! Now come on . Wash up . Your performance is in a few hours !
Serena :- What !? Oh no oh no oh no ! I have to get ready NOW !
Ash:- Well once you are ready , we can do some last minute training .
Serena:-Ok

Serena:-Alright Guys , meet you afterwards !
Ash:- One second Sere !

Serena turns around only to be met by a pair of lips on hers as she realises that Ash is kissing her . She remembers the time when she used to do the same for him when he was about to battle . They break the kiss and Serena heads to the changing rooms while the rest head to the seats .

Pierre :- Welcome everybody to ze second performance in ze beautiful Humilau city ! For today's performance , ze first round is going to be a quick run and answer . In this ze Pokémon must retrieve a ball and give it to its trainer and ze moment someone gets a ball , they have to ding the buzzer and answer ze question . Is it clear ?

Everyone agrees and cheers once again .

Serena was sitting in her dressing room brushing and grooming her Pokémon when she heard that the first round is going to be a fetch the ball contest . She decides on who to take and she finally decides on Emolga as Pancham was still resting .

Pierre:- Next we have performers Serena , Clare and Gwen ! Give it up for These people !

They all clap and cheer when they see the called in performers on stage .

Serena:- Go Emolga
Clare:-Pidove let's go
Gwen:-Munna let's go

Pierre :- Q1- How many Pokémon are there in the Kanto Pokédex

The Pokémon quickly dash off , but Emolga is the fastest among them as it had trained with some of Ash's fastest Pokémon . It quickly retrieved the ball and gave it to Serena who buzzed and gave an answer .

Serena:-(thoughts) thanks Ash ! <Reality> 151 Pokémon !

Pierre:- And correct ! One point to Serena ! Now Q2 - Which are the starters of the Alola region ?

The Pokémon fly at great speeds but the ball is yet again in Serena's hands . She quickly buzzes

Serena:-(thoughts) Thanks yet again Ash ! <Reality> Litten , the fire type , Rowlet , the grass type , and Popplio, the Water type !

Pierre:- Right once again . Two points for Serena ! Now , the final question . In which region Floette can be found ?

The Pokémon fly but the ball is yet again in Serena's hands as she buzzes .
Serena:- My homeregion , Kalos !

Pierre:- And correct ! The winner is Serena and she shall move on to the final performance round !

Pierre:- Now meet our finalists Serena , June and Lacey ! Performers ! Performances begin !

Serena's performance was last and she decided to use Swanna , Sawsbuck , Liepard and her first three Pokémon .

Serena:- Come on our guys and take your positions .

Serena:- Start ! Liepard and Pancham dark pulse . Swanna Use Water gun and Braixen Use Flamethrower . Sawsbuck use razor leaf and Sylveon Use fairy wind .

The Pokémon did as directed and let loose their attacks which collided in the center where it showered upon Serena as she was dancing .

Serena:- Now everyone dance ! Sawsbuck change your seasonal form to winter and Use ice beam at the bubble beam and Swanna use bubble beam .

The Pokémon kept on dancing while Sawsbuck started to glow and it changed it form from summer to winter and used Ice beam up above where Swanna had just released her bubble beam . The bubbles quickly froze and became a pyramid .

Serena:- Now Liepard Use shadow claw on one end and Pancham Use Arm thrust on the other . Once it breaks Sawsbuck change your form to Spring and use petal dance while Swanna uses gust and Braixen uses fire blast and Sylveon use moonblast .

Liepard and Pancham quickly break it down and it starts coming down as snowflakes . In the meanwhile Sawsbuck has changed forms and it used petal dance . Swanna used gust in the snowflakes and petals which was directed over to the guests and judges . Braixen and Sylveon used fireblast and moonblast respectively which collided in the middle and let out many sparkles which too joined the gust and was directed to the people watching . Everyone watched the different seasons in one go above them . It was truly a spectacle to behold . The Pokémon made a pose around Serena .

Serena:- And FINISH !!

The crowd roared in approval as it was one of the best performances they had seen in Unova .

Pierre :- And ze judges have made a decision and ze winner of this showcase is performer .......

The crowd waited with held breath as they were anticipating the winner .

Pierre :- SERENA !!!!

Serena was really happy and she hugged all her Pokémon and received the second key along with them .

Pierre:- A truly good performance out of performer Serena as she has won her second performer key . The next performance is going to be held in ...... Lacunosa town !!

The crowd cheered once again as they left .

Ash:- Wow what a performance !
Clemont :- It was truly spectacular
Korrina :- I agree ! And the way she worked with her new Pokémon , it was like she had caught them years ago !
Bonnie:- They were all really cute !
Serena:- I am back Guys !!

They all congratulated her and complimented her which resulted in her blushing due to the praise .

Ash:- Btw let's get moving onto Lacunosa Town !
