"TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK ...RIGHT?"

I can't believe the cute guy in the elevator was Joe. I didn't exactly know who he was which is embarrassing - I'd just heard his name getting spoke about with the other dancers. No one mentioned that he was most definitely the hottest celebrity here.

"Dianne you have a boyfriend remember" I heard a voice say from behind me.

I swiftly turned to see my best friend Amy Dowden stood there with a smirk smeared across her gorgeous face (that I was often envious of).

"ha. ha. No way" I said sarcastically in return.

"Oh c'mon Di I could practically see the drool hanging out your mouth and actually I still don't really like Anthony, I'd rather you went for it with the little vlogger over there" She casually said whilst gesturing towards Joe whilst he's having his hair done in the makeup chair. 

I immediately grew nervous that he noticed Amy pointing at him as he caught my eye in the mirror so I hurriedly smack her hand down.

"Ow! what was that for?" She whined in her adorable Welsh accent while rubbing her hand. After seeing the red mark I had left I have to admit I did feel a teency  bit guilty.

"He's looking at us - Don't make it awkward by talking about him" I whispered moving slightly further away just to make sure he didn't hear.

"OoOoO why so concerned Di? hmmm?" She teased.

 I didn't find this overly annoying as we had been friends for so long and was definitely used to her teasing nature. Plus the fact I definitely make fun of her just as much as she did to me.

"oh sh your mush.." I started and she jokingly looked offended.

"My mush will not do no sh'ing thank you very much" She stated firmly before giggling afterward.

"Anyway.. I love Anthony and I know he loves me too .. he's just not big on affection in public that's all.." I spoke, my voice trailing off nearer the end.

"Dianne.. I can't tell you what do here because its your life.. but know I am always here if you need a chat okay?"

"Okay"

Amy walked away with a skip in her step as she got called to get her makeup done not before kissing me briefly on the cheek in a friendly manner with a million dollar smile. She was very confident in herself and knew what she wanted in life which is something I've always respected about her.

We were more than half way through the show and I still hadn't been given to one of the male celebrities which heightened my anxiety by about a tonne. Me and the four other girls left were all stood dead still in our places under the spotlights waiting for the next guy to come down the stairs.

"Our next celebrity is known as a social media star and has over 8 million fans on his channel on youtube.. it's social media star Joe Sugg!" Tess Daley called out waving an arm towards the stairs. They played the classic Strictly music as he walked down. He was looking incredibly nervous but equally as cute.

"Hello everybody" he smiled and waved at all us girls which was something the other men hadn't done.

"So Joe ..there was one specific reason you wanted to enter the show wasn't there?" Tess questioned. Hm.. I wonder what this was. I mean I know all celebrities normally come on the show to boost their "fame status"  but they hadn't brought it up before?
