Moving On Up

I enjoyed my time in Rome with Sabrina, the girls and the newest addition, Daniel Andrew Renzo, I call him Danny for short. Ever since the day we adopted him, he hasn't stop smiling. He hasn't called me Dad yet, but he called Sabrina Mom the night we adopted him. I told Sabrina that I'm not going to rush him into calling me Dad. We haven't told anyone yet in the family about him, we want him to be a surprise.

We were all on the plane, flying back home. The girls were in the bedroom playing and Danny was sitting on his Sabrina lap, asleep. Sabrina rocks him back and forth, kiss his forehead, and hums a lullaby putting him to sleep. She looks at me and chuckle, "Why are you looking at me like that?"

I fix my face and scoff, "I'm not looking at you."

Her mouth opens, "Gabriel Johnathan Renzo, are you jealous that I'm showing all my love and affection towards my little Daniel?" She arch her eyebrow. I cross my arms and pout. She chuckles and motion me over to her. I get up and walk to her. She passionately kiss my lips. "Better?" She smiles

"Better... for now." I smirk

She laugh and continue to rock Danny. We finally landed back home. When I get off, I see Joseph standing outside waiting for us. The girls, of course, run to him and give him a hug. Sabrina comes out holding Danny, who was still asleep. "Joseph!" Sabrina smiles running to him. She gives him a hug.

"Sabrina I haven't seen you in a long time." He looks at Danny, "Who's this little guy?"

"This is our newest addition to the Renzo family, Daniel Renzo. We adopted him the other day." She smiles. After Joe and I grab the bags and put them in the trunk, we drive home. We get to the house, I get out and help Sabrina out. Sabrina looks shock and she hit my chest, "Gabe?" She points to her house

I turn around to see the front door wide open. "Joe stay here and watch the kids." I tell Joe

Sabrina and I walk inside her house to see her things destroyed. She cover her mouth, about to cry. "I worked so hard to get this house, and someone destroyed my things." She starts to cry, "I can never catch a fucking break."

I hold her, "It's okay Love. I wanted to wait next week, but I guess I have to tell you now."

She looks up at me with tears still in his eyes. "What is it?"

"I... uhmm... got us a bigger house. I was going to tell you after I was done decorating the house, but I guess now is good Love."

She sniffs, "W-When did you do that?"

"The night when we adopted Danny."

She smiles, "I love you so much." She kiss my lips

"If you want we can start packing your things now, and we can move there."

She smiles and wipe her tears, "I would love that."
