As I loaded the last box into the moving van, curiosity began to fly through me. What if I have to live with a boy?

I shook off the feeling and pulled down the door to the moving truck. "See you in eight hours." The moving guy said to me I nodded in reply. Then watched him get into the drivers seat and then drive off.

I walked into the apartment I used to live in, the place where my mom and dad sadly died. I couldn't bare to live in a place with such a burden. Which is the reason for me moving away.

I walked into my parents old room and kissed the prints of my index and middle finger before brushing it against the wall. A final goodbye.

Upon leaving I said a goodbye, allowing for myself to let go. I closed the door behind me and slowly walked to my car. "Rence." A familiar voice said behind me. I turned around and saw my friend.

"Bella, hey." I smiled at her, and she smiled back at me. "I'm gonna miss you so much."

"Rence, I'm gonna miss you way more. I still can't believe you're leaving your hometown. The ultimate betrayal, may I add." We both laughed.

"Nah, Bella I'm gonna miss everyone in this town, especially you. No matter if they did me wrong or not I'm gonna miss them." Bella hugged me, and slowly tightened.

I hugged her back, not wanting to let go. "Don't leave then." She began to sniffle, and I knew she was crying. "Why are you leaving, anyways?"

I thought for a second, "I'm leaving so I don't have to be reminded of the death of my parents. What my life was, is going to be in the past. I just need a new, fresh start. Nothing against you, of course"

"Well, I'm going to let you go now. Because the moving truck already left and you have to meet him there." She let go of me, and stepped away. I looked at her, she was still beautiful but tear stained.

"I love you Bella, I won't forget you." I opened the door to my car, and sat down. "Call me, okay?" She nodded and I closed the door. She watched me as I did the moving guy.

When I began to drive off uncertainty turned into fear. And fear turned into sadness.

;

I pulled up to the driveway, a car was parked there. And behind me was the moving truck. I walked up to the front door, and knocked. A dog began to bark, then a voice followed. A male voice.

"Hazel, okay, just chill out." Then the locks turned, and a boy was standing in the doorframe, wet and shirtless. "Um. Hello?" He said.

"Um, hi. Sorry to bother you, but I'm looking for a Kiana?" He looked me up and down and chuckled. "Kian? You mean?" I looked down at my shoes, then the email on my phone sent to me after I confirmed the renting of the room.

"Yeah sorry. I just skimmed over the email I didn't really look at the name." I began to play with my shirt nervously.

"No it's fine, happens a lot." He shrugged it off with a smile. "And you're Lorenzo?" I smiled at him, and he smirked.

"Lawrence." He nodded, his dog sneaked between his legs and sat down at my feet."Who is this cutie?" I kneeled down to pet the dog, one of the cutest golden retrievers I've seen.

"Oh I'm Kian, we already met." This caused me to giggle. I looked up at him and he understood. "Oh that's hazel, she's pretty cool. You must've slipped her a treat or something because she's usually not this nice to new people."

"Or maybe I've just got the magic touch." I grinned at him before standing up again.

"Um, let me show you to your new room." He said before escorting me in and up some stairs to a big room. "Wow." Is all I could say.

"Yeah, I could say the same about you. You look completely different from the picture on our account." I looked at him, "In a good way, like you look way hotter." I shot him a look. "Did I say that out loud? Yeah sorry."

He left the room and let me just look around for a bit. "You have a nice apartment." I complimented.

"It's not so much an apartment, but more of like a house and a condo combined. Because it has its own pool, and it's separated drone everyone else. I'm going to stop sounding like a nerd now, and I'm going to go get some stuff out of the truck." I smiled and took one more look around before leaving to help Kian.

I ran up to him, and walked alongside him. " So Kian tell me more of yourself."

"Well we can save that for dinner, I will take you out for your first night here. But for now let's hurry up and unload and unpack." He smiled, and it brightened my day.

After about 4 hours we successfully unloaded and unpacked the van, and then unpacked in my room and had everything set up, and painted  my new  room

"So you going to change or you going out like that?" Kian asked while I was walking up the stairs.

"I mean do I look bad?" I asked, he scratched his head, and then shook his head no. "Well then I guess I'll go like this."

;

When we arrived, I noticed where Kian took me, a diner themed restaurant. Which was pretty cute. We went inside and sat down.

"Alright Lawrence, what do you want to know?"
