i haven't seen him before at school, he intrigued me. there was something melancholic about that boy, a spark of sadness gleamed in those eyes of his and i was determined to find out what it was.
i looked around for him in school, anywhere i thought he might be. i made my way upstairs and slowly opened the music room i found myself in a couple of days back.
i saw him sitting against the wall with a sheet of paper covered in messy writing and splotches of ink in his hands.
he turned his head to look at me and his lips curved into a smile.
a smile that melted my heart.
''we meet again, huh?'' he said softly.
''ah, i got lost and ended up here again,'' i said, laughing nervously.
your smile faded as the sheet of paper fell from your hands.
''aren't we all a little bit lost?''
i didn't know how to respond, so i didn't.
''sorry, im always in the mood for talking about deep topics. i haven't introduced myself, have i? im jimin, park jimin.''
perfect name for an angel, i thought.
''nice to meet you, jimin. im jihye, sang jihye."
his face lit up as he quietly repeated my name out loud.
''sang jihye, i'll remember for sure.''
