Camila sighs as she watches the news, she had taken to untying Lauren during the day and the green eyed girl was sitting at the kitchen table drawing.

Lauren had shut out the voices from the television, all she could hear was the scraping of the pencil against the paper as she drew. She drew what she was feeling: fear and sadness.

"On to other news, missing high school student Taylor Jauregui's body has been found. There is still no sign of her older sister Lauren or who took either of them." the newscaster says softly.

Taylor's name broke through Lauren's numbness and she dropped her pencil. She stood up and moved into the living room where Camila was sitting on the couch watching the television. She stood in the doorway, out of Camila's view, and watched the screen.

A picture of Taylor appeared on the screen, "The sixteen year old had gone missing while hanging flyers of her missing sister two weeks ago. Her body was found in the woods and was barely recognizable. Fingerprint analysis and dna were the only way the police could identify the body." the newscaster continued.

Frowning, Camila changes the channel, she didn't want to hear anymore.

Tears fell down Lauren's cheeks and she quickly moved back into the kitchen and sat at the table before Camila caught her snooping. She picked up her pencil and began drawing a new picture one of her family: herself, her mother and father, her sister, her brother, and her grandparents.

Camila walked into the kitchen and poured herself a glass of lemonade. "You hungry?"

Lauren quickly wiped her eyes and shook her head. "No." She didn't realize how much she was shaking until the pencil fell from her hand.

Frowning, Camila sits her lemonade down and moves over to Lauren. "What's wrong?" she asks softly, gently grabbing Lauren's hands.

Lauren didn't have the energy to pull her hand away. She just sat there, sobbing her heart out. Her nose and eyes ran with water and she could barely see.

"Laur?" Camila asks softly, moving even closer and gently pulling the green eyed girl into her arms.

The girl shook in Camila's arms. She didn't speak to Camila, only sobbed. And when she'd regained enough strength, she pulled away and stood up. She left the house, through the patio doors and collapsed onto her knees on the grass, screaming into the countryside and letting out all her emotion.

Deep down, Lauren prayed that someone would hear her and come to see what was going on, rescue her, take her back to her family - minus her sister - where she belonged and could grieve with them.

After a few minutes, Camila made her way into the backyard and helped Lauren up. "Talk to me."

Lauren pulled away. "You know exactly what's wrong!" She yelled through a sob.

"What?" Camila asks in confusion, she didn't understand why Lauren was yelling at her.

"You know!" Lauren yelled. "You killed her! She didn't deserve to be killed! She was young and innocent and you took that from her! You took her life!"

"Who are you talking about?" Camila asks softly, she knew she was talking about Taylor but she didn't know why she was getting blamed.

"My sister! Taylor! My little sister!" Lauren yelled. Her breath caught in her throat and she sobbed. Her entire body was shaking.

Camila steps closer to Lauren. "I didn't kill her, I don't make the people I kill unrecognizable."

Lauren shook her head, stepping away. She stared at Camila through tear soaked eyes.
