Roman's Pov:

I sat in the ER waiting room, staring at the closed doors. Miley was back there being worked on by the medical staff, but I was beyond worried. I was staring at the door so hard that I didn't see Paige Sky Dean and Seth walk up. "Bro!" I heard Dean say and I looked up. "What are you guys doing here?" I asked after hugging everyone.

"Baron told us what happened and we got here as fast as we could. The guys had to have an impromptu match before hand though," Paige said. I looked at the guys and just then noticed dried blood on Dean's chin and Seth's right eye was swollen. "Let me guess: Blondie and McIdiot," I said. Seth nodded. "Yup McIdiot was a bit pissed off that you accused him of doing something to Miley so he took it out on me," he said pointing at his black eye.

"Sorry bout that," I said shrugging. "It's fine you needed to be here with Miley," Seth said just as the doctor came out. "Roman?" she asked me and I nodded as I stood up. "That's me. Is Miley ok?" I asked. The doctor smiled sadly. "She's in a coma because of a severe head injury," she said and I heard Sky and Paige gasp behind me.

"Oh God......," I said tears filling my eyes. "And Roman, we need your consent since Miley is unable to speak on her own behalf......when she landed on her stomach the impact punctured the amniotic sac and now the baby is losing vital fluid. We need to do an emergency C-section to save the baby." I looked at the doctor in shock. "Can't you do something to stop it until Miley wakes up? She'd want to be awake for the baby's birth," I said.

"No. If we wait we could lose both Miley and the baby," the doctor said gently. I looked at the gang and they all nodded. "Ok do it. I don't want to to lose Miley or the baby, or both. I'd die if that happened," I said and the doctor went back into the ER. We were all directed to the Labor and Delivery floor to wait out the C-section.

I paced the floor as the minutes ticked by. "Roman please sit down you're gonna wear a hole in the carpet," Paige said and I plopped down in a chair by Seth. "I'm so fucking worried. What if they lose Miley during the C-section? What if she bleeds uncontrollably? What if---ow!" I got cut off when Sky slapped me across the face.

"Roman. Chill. She's in good hands. The doctor won't allow that to happen!" Sky said shaking me. "Ok Sky I'm sorry," I said hearing my voice crack on the last word, "but I can't help it!" About another hour went by before the doctor came out. "Roman congratulations. You have a daughter," she said showing me a pic.

Everyone gathered around me as we stared at the pic. "She's beautiful like her mother," I said then looked up at the doctor. "Is Miley ok?" I asked. "She's fine. She made it through with no complications. You'll be able to see her soon. You can head down to the NICU and see your daughter. She needs a name. She's just "Baby Girl Anoa'i" right now," the doctor said and showed us where to go.

I looked through the window of the NICU and saw my tiny but beautiful daughter being cared for by two nurses. One saw me and walked out to us. "You must be Roman," she said and smiled. "Yes ma'am," I said. "Please call me Trina," Trina said. "Your daughter is doing great. She's already fighting her oxygen tube. Do you have a name picked?".

I sighed. "Yes. Mia. Mia Paige Anoa'i," I said and Trina smiled. "Beautiful," she said and went back to Mia. "Wow Roman that's a gorgeous name," Sky said. "Well Mia is Miley's middle name, and well I thought she should be named after one of her aunties," I said smiling at Paige. "Thanks Roman," she said with a grin.

"You're welcome Paige," I said as the doctor came up. "Miley is in her room. You can all stay as long as you want," she said and led us down the hall to it. "Let Roman go in first alone," Sky said and everyone agreed. I walked in and sat in a chair by Miley's bed.

Miley's Pov:

I was in total darkness. I had no clue where I was. All I could remember was falling to the floor after Sasha knocked me out. "Miley baby I'm here," I heard Roman say in my ear, "Please wake up. I need you. Our baby Mia needs you." The name Mia caught my attention. Why was he saying that? Wasn't I still pregnant?.

I forced my hand to move and I lifted it and somehow it landed on my stomach. Which was now.......flat. Oh God......did I lose the baby?! Is that why I'm in this place of darkness? I tried to call out to Roman but couldn't get my lips to work. I took my hand and awkwardly smacked him on the arm hoping he'd notice.

"Miley?" I heard him say, "Are you trying to wake up?" I smacked his arm again. "Come on baby open your eyes!" Roman begged me. I finally got my eyes to open. "R-Roman?" I asked hoarsely. "Baby Girl," Roman said with relief kissing my forehead, "do you remember anything?" I shook my head. "Last thing I recall is falling to the floor and blacking out," I said. "Roman where's the baby?".

Roman pulled out his phone and showed me a pic. "They had to do an emergency C-section and deliver the baby. The amniotic sac was punctured when you fell on your stomach and fluid was leaking. If they had waited you and the baby would have died. Meet our daughter Mia Paige Anoa'i," he said. "She's beautiful!" I said.

I was in the hospital for three days and Roman and I brought Mia home after three weeks in the NICU. Now we had to finish planning our wedding and start our new life as a family of three.
