I'm guessing you want to know what the anti-virus is, the virus is something that brings people back to life after they have died or they are dying. Yes it seems great, but it's wrong it has it's side effects. They go rabid. The government is saying, "No it's defiantly not from the anti-virus" However, i can tell they're lying it's not that hard to tell.

The people, that turn, they get black eyes, their body is still decaying even though they're meant to be alive, the speech changes, it gets slurred like a drunk man's words, they froth at the mouth. Than the worst, they feast. On anything they get their hands on, animals or even people. They only have one instinct, to feed...
