Drip , drip. Drip, drip.
The beautiful garden had once again become lonesome and gloomy , as the raindrops began to pitter-patter on the roof before rolling down to its fall on the ground.
The raindrop hits on his forehead, rolling down on his smooth skin.
His white button-up shirt clinged to his skin tightly as it was wet from the heavy rain.
His once twinkling eyes, had lose its very own glow. The only essence that was ever able to lit it up had disappeared without a trace.
Or was it just him?
|Jimin's POV|
"I feel deranged, the longer I am stuck in this loop, I'll always feed myself away to the darkest demons that resides within me." He said as he breathed in the cold air despite the unbearable pain that struck him.
"(Y/N) , my love , if only you knew that back in that vague, uncertain spot, which was my very own empty void, I had seen something beautifully painful to even be apart from." He lightly spoke as he began to flash some memories that was engraved in his mind for an eternity.
"Jimin?" An entrancing voice had filled through his mind.
"Jimin, can you hear my voice?" Soft hands was cupping his loveable cheeks.
Ah? I wonder if this was how heaven felt like?
Such bliss, truly a blessing from a goddess, indeed. He broke out into a small smile feeling fulfilled.
"Yes, my ever-so loving sweetcheeks. Of course, I can hear your voice no matter where you are. You are apart of me (Y/N)." He softly said as he looked at you.
"Jimin, don't you worry. You're not deranged, I am always here, the fact that you could feel my touch is a proof, isn't it? Now, snap yourself out of such thoughts." You exclaimed as you lightly tapped your fingertips on his chest.
"Did you know (Y/N)? I had never once regretted being in this misery. It's because the cycle of me falling down and standing up to go through everything had slowly stopped spinning its wheels. You fixed my gears merely by your presence that has all the perfect qualities, not an ounce of your very soul was unpure." He spoke, feeling happy despite his eyes were drowning in a pool of sadness.
"I could say the same for you too, Jimin! Why do you think I still managed to not cease from existing? Because of your heart that beats for me, your mind that plays on the memories of me. You breathe life into my existence. I am the canvas you had painted on, together , we explored the depths of our desire and create a bigger picture." You said as you looked at Jimin's seemingly half-disheartened look.
"Even now, we are the picture we had envisioned. The perfection that we reach just by being around each other's company. Wasn't that one of our promises, Jimin?" You grinned at him as he was staring into your enchanting eyes, as if he was bewitched.
Your words had always managed to breakthrough and weave through his inner turmoils within a flash.
Jimin propped himself off of the ground, brushing his wet slick hair. Then, he proceeded to rise up from the ground as he glanced towards you.
"You know (Y/N), I sometimes find myself astounded for ever being able to be worthy of remaining by your gracious presence." He said as sauntered towards the garden of flowers.
"When I had met you, I saw a glimpse of hope and I had believed it to be my forever. But it was of course too far-fetched for my sinful self, right? So that glimmering hope, was like an artificial flower that never blooms. I couldn't help but be weighed down by the disappointment and hung my head down each time I felt delirious." He said with an unreadable expression as he stopped walking.
