eun ji flushed, "if it's as friends, I don't mind."

"great," hyunjin flashed a smile.

"b-but you guys just met," jeongin stuttered, feeling upset all over again.

"it's just as friends bro," yena smacked his head. "plus they'll make a cute couple someone day."

eun ji smacked yena's arm, "bullshit. don't say that."

"alright then. let's meet next week," hyunjin winked and left.

yena and jisung went to the convenience store to get some drinks while jeongin walked eun ji home.

"alright jeongin, get back safely," eun ji waved.

"wait, noona," jeongin grasped eun ji's wrist and pulled her back.

he let her go seeing how confused she looked.
"noona, don't go on that date."

"why," eun ji asked, completely having no clue of what he was saying. "is something wrong?"

"noona, I like you. for a long time. you're the girl I was mentioning all this while. don't date hyunjin please," jeongin confessed, looking on the ground, biting his lip. he knew a rejection was coming his way.

"jeongin," eun ji sighed. "you know you're yena's younger brother so you're like one to me too and besides if yena and changbin knows it won't be good."

"but I can explain to them, I'll take good care of you," jeongin held back tears. he knew if he cried in front of eun ji right now, she would think more of him as a boy rather than a man.

"I'm sorry, there's no way that we can ever be together. you're always be my little brother," eun ji said softly and went inside.
