Turned to Stone

Crystal's POV
'I don't like this, not at all' I thought leading the way with Gold behind me and Argo guarding our back 'something bad just happened' I thought "are you okay?" Ask Gold with a worried tone, I looked behind me and nodded "it passed, but felt another, not as dangerous" I told him which he nodded "what?" Said Argo confuse 'I guess Argo haven't gotten used to my language' I thought looking around for any signs of danger in the path "she said that whatever thing that just happened has passed but she senses another trouble ahead, but it's not as dangerous as the first one at least" said Gold translating, I felt Argo frowned a bit (yes felt it) and also I felt an insanus nearby "then we should be on our guard" he said when I stopped "insanus, up ahead" I said getting ready, Gold to make his stand "huh? really? I don't sense anything?" said Argo in a confused tone, I rolled my eyes then I pounce at the tree like insanus with Gold following my stead.

Once we got far into the dungeon I felt left in a gasp "that's" I said looking inside the small crater, a bullet like a dragon crash landed in the middle "Latios the eon pokemon, but how?" said Gold in shock seeing the stoned, yes stoned mystic pokemon. Argo looked at the supposed to be a mystic pokemon with a frown "you guys go ahead, I need to investigate this first" he said still looking at the crater. Both me and Gold nodded and ran forward searching for the other eon pokemon hoping that we aren't too late. Boy were we wrong,  not far from the other one was another crater with the stoned Latias "we're too late" said Gold looking at the dragon-shaped stone, he was about to go closer but a voice rang out "impudent fools what have you come here for" "who's there?!" Shouted Gold looking around. Suddenly feeling the sudden shiver from my spines I pulled him back. I was right to pull him, at the moment I pulled him out of the way, a whirlpool made out of pure red flames popped up where Gold previously stand. Inside the whirlpool revealed "Entei, the volcanic" I said subconsciously.

Gold looked at me in surprise, I was surprised myself, the lion-like pokemon chuckled with a deep and dangerous tone "my it seems that you've known me" he said "why are you here? If I'm correct, you are supposed to live in a volcano and I recall this place is a forest" Asked Gold cautiously "I might as well ask you the same thing" said Entei looking high and mighty "we just came to check" "to check what?, whether your turning Pokemon to stone is a success?!" Said Entei cutting Gold getting ready for an attack "stop!" Said Argo suddenly coming in front of us but Entei did not stop his flames, I felt that I have to do something "Crist?" Said Gold "Calm down or are you willing to burn the whole forest just to proclaim of what you thought correct is the truth without confirming it firstly? I'm sure that if the one who owns this forest will not be pleased" I said. That's when Entei freezes while both Gold and Argo looked at me with wide eyes 'did I say something wrong?' I thought.

Gold's POV
When Entei suddenly interrupted me I was too surprised to do anything, I felt the pressure of the mighty beast, for the first time I felt fear, Argo ran in front of me yelling "stop!" but the mighty beast didn't stop or rather didn't listen. That's when I felt another pressure, a change of aura from beside me "Crist?" I ask as suddenly felt the change but then something unexpected happened "Calm down or are you willing to burn the whole forest just to proclaim of what you thought correct is the truth without confirming it firstly? I'm sure that if the one who owns this forest will not be pleased" said Crist, it was in a normal tone but the pressure that is released was nothing like her usual self. It was deep and one thing for sure heavy and full of power, it's similar to back with Jelo (chapter 'the lord of the underworld') but different from then, this was more powerful and cold, literally freezing everyone.

I looked at Crist in shock so was Argo but then she just sighed "for now let us explain, Argo" she said looking at Argo nodding towards Entei. Argo who seemed just snapped from the daze cleared his throat and said "I'm Argo from the Expedition Society, these are my work partners Gold and Crystal" said Argo fluently but cautiously "I've heard fo you, Argo the Flightless..." said Entei pausing a bit the moved back "I'll leave, Celebi's not here so I have no purpose to be here" he continued. Flames develop around Entei "wha! Wait!" Said Argo about to ask something but he was too late, the volcanic pokemon has disappeared leaving the burned ground. After a few moments, Argo tumble to the ground and sighed "you okay?" I ask looking at the seemed exhausted Argo "yes, just overwhelmed, I never thought that someone like Entei would be here, I we were to battle it won't end up pretty" sigh Argo sitting up I felt myself smiling "go back?" Ask Crist tilting towards the way we came "yeah I think it's about time for us to go back, we should report this to Amphy" I said once again looking at the stoned Latias then walked towards Crist.

A few hours later...

Amphy's POV (unexpected)
"I see, you got it rough my pal, to think you'll meet Entei out of all the Legendaries, is a good thing you didn't get burn to dust" I told looking at my feathered friend, after dinner Argo reported what happened on their journey 'this is getting bad, it's already the 5 so far' I thought remembering the stone turned pokemons a few months ago "yeah, but I was saved because of those children, seriously I don't even get it any more their strength is one thing but something tells me that there's more to it" sighed Argo "what makes you say that?" I ask him in curiousness "well, Gold and Crist are very talented, Crist might practically be a genius but it shouldn't have changed her presences much, Gold still have this childlike presence whenever he isn't in a mission but Crist? Her presence is unnaturally mature, she also knows things that most people her age don't, we also mustn't forget about her abilities to control the aura around her, I mean come on even the all-powerful Entei freezes in her presence! Isn't that just weird?!" Explained Argo with a frown. 'now that I think about it is a bit weird' I thought but then I remembered something "Well for now let's left it as it is, we have better things to worry about like...."
"Are you freaking serious!?" Shouted Argo in shock, hearing that I smirked 'I wonder what's his reaction be?' I thought.
