Fires of a Hero (Bonked/Discontinued)

"OW!" Izuku shouted in pain when he got smacked by, what looked like, a sword covered by a blue cloth.

"Take it." Said Shiro as he held it out.

"The hell is this?" Izuku asked as he grabbed it, the blue cloth fell off revealing a blue sheathed sword.

"Draw it to find out yourself..." Said Shiro as he lit a cigarette,

Izuku proceeds to draw it, the blade of it shone from the light in the room,
Izuku felt something and before he realized it, he was covered by his fire.

"What?" Was what Izuku could only say after.

"The sword holds your flames. Of course, we had to seal it somewhere, so you wouldn't start another fire..." Shiro scratched his head as he spoke.

"But, why could I use my flames without it?" Izuku asked, he was bamboozled from this,
"The sword couldn't handle it... So, a bit of the sword slipped from it's Scabbard, leaking a bit of your fire." Shiro explained.

"But why are you giving it to me?" Izuku asked as Shiro smirked,
"I thought, Heck, why not just give it to you? You were going to find out someday..." Shiro answered,
"Now, you got a cool looking sword with your powers in it! Ain't that fantastic?" Shiro added as he laughed after.

"I guess it's cool..." Said Izuku as he gave a small smile,
"For all I know, you might need it... Just a tiny bit of your flames might not be enough against some people." Said Shiro as he pats Izuku's back.

-Time Skip-

Izuku was at class, waiting for the next period... Foundational Hero Studies.

He was balancing his pen on his nose when a voice boomed,

"I AM.." It was painfully obvious that it was All Might.

"WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!!" All Might shouted as he walked in the room.

"All Might really is teaching here at U.A.!" Shouted one of the students,
"That costume's so retro!" Shouted another.

Izuku was trying to keep himself from exploding.

"WELCOME TO THE FOUNDATIONAL HERO STUDIES CLASS! AND FOR TODAY... WE ARE--"

All Might paused, Izuku just stared at him as he pulled out a card.

"DOING BATTLE TRIALS!" He shouted, like always,
"And of course! You'll need these! Your hero costumes!" All Might pressed a button and cases with numbers started coming out of the wall.

"Now go! I'll be waiting at Ground Beta!" All Might ran to Ground Beta after he spoke.

-Ground Beta-

Everyone walked out of the weirdly dark tunnel, revealing their costumes.

Izuku wore a black trench coat with black pants and black dress shoes,
He also had his sword with him, which he held the whole time.

"Deku! You look amazing!" Uraraka exclaimed as Izuku looked at her with a blush,
"The ones who made my costume made the suit skin-tight... It feels embarassing." She said as she scratched the back of her head.

"What's with the sword though?" Momo suddenly appeared from behind, Izuku felt steam coming out of his ears as he looked at her revealing costume.

"Y-You'll see..." Izuku answered.

"*Ahem* LISTEN UP! For this trial, we will have two teams against each other! One team plays as the Villains! They must protect a bomb hidden somewhere in the building! While the Heroes, must retrieve the bomb!" All Might explained,

"But you can also win by capturing your enemies with the capture tape or just knock them out! This works for both teams."

"This actually sounds fun!" Said Izuku, Bakugo just had an evil smile.

"To determine the members of each team, we'll just use this slot machine." All Might said as he pulled down the lever.

Izuku got paired up with Asui,

then Uraraka with Fumikage,
then the rest were paired up like in the anime.

"Now! For the first teams... The Hero team will be comprised of... Midoriya and Asui! While the Villain team will be comprised of... Bakugo and Iida!" All Might announced,

Then the 'Villains' went inside the building and the 'Heroes' were outside, preparing themselves.

"Hey Asui--" Izuku started to speak but was cut off,
"Call me Tsuyu. Ribbit." Said Tsuyu, then letting Izuku speak.

"Tsuyu, I know Ka- Bakugo won't cooperate with Iida... So, can you somehow reach the roof of the building from here?" Izuku asked while pointing at the roof,
"I can, why?" Said Tsuyu,
"Because, we're gonna sneak in from above..." Izuku answered.

"BEGIN!" All Might announced,

As they heard All Might, Tsuyu jumped and climbed to the roof while Izuku just jumped and landed on the roof.

-Observation Room-

"Looks like they're going to try and win by surprise..." Jiro commented as she watched.

-Back to Izuku and Tsuyu-

"Looks like they put the bomb in the fifth floor... I'll distract them, you retrieve the bomb." Izuku explained, Tsuyu just nodded.

Izuku sneaks in from a different window that was near a pillar,

He snuck in, hid behind the pillar and took a peek to see Iida across the room and Tsuyu on the window behind him.

Izuku nodded and Tsuyu nodded back,

"Hey! Over here Four-Eyes!" Izuku shouted,
"FOUR-EYES?! WHO ARE YOU CALLING FOUR-EYES!?" Iida somehow fell for it.

Izuku was taunting Iida, slapping his butt and stuff but it was working.

-Observation Room-

Jiro and a few others started laughing because of what Izuku was doing,

'Weird distraction but it's working.' Momo thought while giggling.

-The Building-

"NOW!" Izuku shouted, then Tsuyu touched the bomb.

"H-Hero team... WINS!!" All Might announced as Bakugo just entered the room where the bomb was located.

Bakugo just screamed in anger.

"Nice!" Said Izuku as he gave a thumbs up to Tsuyu.
