Love Is A Beautiful Thing

I thought I'd at least get some shut eye but the butterflies in my stomach and  the events of the day had me sleepless. All i could think of was HIM. I tossed and turned im bed and  finally decided id call him up.

"Hey Princess couldn't sleep either? "

How'd he know that? this boy was definitely psychic

"Umm hey...i didnt think you were  still awake... Umm is this a good time coz i can definitely hang up... I-" i said all in one go

"Princess, Princess slow down. Im glad you called I've been thinking about since i left, your lips, YOU are all I've been thinking about" he breathed

His confession made me feel so much more at ease i felt my stomach fold itself inwards and my cheeks heating up so bad. I was blushing hard for that matter.

"I've been thinking of you too, i could barely sleep" i said in an almost whisper

"Princess you shouldn't be shy around me, we've done so much together already you should be fond of me by now"

"I know but it takes a lot more than that for me to get comfortable Eli but I'll definitely try"

"That's more like it Princess. Go to your window!"

I immediately woke up from the reverie i was in though it was night time

"ELIJAH! WHAT? WAIT HOW ARE YOU AT MY WINDOW? HOW DID YOU EVEN FIND MY HOUSE?I'M BEGINNING TO THINK You're a SERIAL KILLER SERIOUSLY?" I said in anger and confusion

His only reply was to laugh then he knocked on the window and i couldnt believe my eyes  i honestly could not

I stood in front of the window mouth agape, phone on my ear FROZEN in place until he spoke again

" Princess would you rather we waste  our time apart than we spend it together tangled in your bed?"

Still in denial of how my life had suddenly become a movie i walked to the window opened it and managed a not so smart reply

"You're here" while i cupped his face in my hands to make sure he was real

He pulled me into a long and tight embrace his chin resting on my head

"In the flesh baby, I missed you a lot like more than a lot Princess thats why i decided to come over"

Before i could second guess myself i laced my hands around his neck and kissed him. He was a bit taken aback but then joined in caressing anywhere and everywhere and before i knew it i was pinned to my bed and we made out.

The heat in the room (or maybe it was emitting from the both of us) was dangerous and our t-shirts were long discarded. He was about to discard my pajama  pants  when i said "Wait Elijah"

Then i sat up. He was in the zone and i hated to disappoint him but i hadn't gone that route before and i wasnt sure if i was ready

He tried by all means not to look disappointed and hot and bothered but his *friend* had a mind of his own

"Yes Princess" he said with a look i couldnt quite decipher from his eyes

"I-I-I" i breathed out heavily then walked away from my bed so i was looking out the window

His tall self also left the bed and stood behind me hands tightly warpped around my waist this seemed to wake our *friend*up

I tried to loosen his iron grip on me so i could move away amd say my piece but he was too strong

"I, I-"

"You're a virgin right Princess" he finished my sentence off for me

"Ho-How did you know?" i asked shyly

"Your sudden departure from our makeout session confirmed it all, i kind of thought you were but you hold it down well so i wasnt too sure"

"Ohhhhh and im kind of not ready to break it yet" i said again shyly

"It's okay baby. I understand  theres no rush and no pressure take as much time as you need to think " but the look on his face was unreadable

"I'm glad you understand Eli" then i lightly pecked his cheek

"I'm going to sleep here tonight, in your bed Princess"

"No! No! You can't do that! How will you leave? "

As if he couldn't hear me he snuggled deeper into my comforter then patted the spot by his side and said
"Come here and cuddle with me"

I realized even if i tried to fight it would be a losing battle  so i walked over to the bed and laid beside him.

I liked his scent and as i snuggled deeper into his chest i thought about what  an eventful day it was. I enjoyed it and I'd regret everything else in the morning, for now we would sleep peacefully

So he visited her☺️Drama shall be served soon i know it seems like they're falling for each other too fast but sometimes thats just how life is. Stay reading lovies
