Third person POV
Hanji Zoe, a pharmaceutical scientist and biological engineer who recently discovered the cure for cancer, is a 31 year old, eccentric and messy woman. With too many PhDs for her age.
She entered the renowned hospital, that she had been serving since she graduated the seething hell of a med school. Hopping into the elevator, she clicked the button of the floor the supposed patient was situated. She went through the hallway and went to the corresponding room.
She approached the door and landed a small knock on the wooden door. The door opened revealing a raven haired man.
Hanji's POV
I was baffled when I realized the so called patient was the one who answered the door. Despite his scowling face, I noticed that this person got what it takes to be called attractive. Another thing that I noticed is his lack of height. I tried to suppress my laughter but it is to no avail. He noticed my giggle and stated,
"What are you giggling about? Filthy woman." He said with an annoyed voice and a frown. Trailing his eyes from my shoes up to my head.
"I...uhmm... I-I think that you should not be standing up already!" I successfully said without showing a sign of my giggle.
"And who are you to tell me what to do?" The raven haired man said with a monotone voice.
"Ah! I forgot.... I'm Dr. Zoe and I'm going to supervise your condition for the next 6 months."
I extended my hand for him to shake but he just stared at my hand like it is something deadly. I retracted it to cut off further awkwardness with my patient.
"So you are going to visit me from time to time?" He said, not showing any interest to our conversation.
"Correct! But please before we continue, you should probably go lie down again." I replied worried that this certain action might cause some complications.
He stayed still for a while, at it again with the staring. "Tch." He said giving me a deadly glare when his eyes reached mine. I kept my grin not showing any signs of being frightened. Eventually, he gave up and opened the door wider. "Fine." He said while walking towards the hospital bed and then lied down. I sat at the chair that was behind his bed and started to explain to him the reason of my visit.
"So you see, the Cancercycdone, the drug for cancer, might not be compatible with all the kinds of cancer, especially with what you have, a brain cancer. So..." I continued informing my patient about the effect of the cure for his illness. I will be visiting him thrice a week for the whole six months to be able to adjust the amount of the Cancercycdone that will be given to him. He kept on giving me glares, but I know he listened on my whole blabber.
After a few minutes of silence. The door released a screeching sound. I glanced to see what caused the piercing at my ears.. There, just by the door frame, stood a blonde man over 5'8 tall. I realized that it was Erwin. He slowly closed the door and turned to face the patient. He walks towards us and said,
"Hanji, I see you've been acquainted with your new patient?"
"Oh.... I forgot to ask your name!" I gave him a toothy grin and scratched the back of my neck. "Sorry but what is it?" I said blinking a few times hoping for him to answer.
I realized that he wasn't going to give me one so I turned my head and looked at Erwin making that 'would you tell me' face.
"I figured that he wouldn't tell you, actually he is an old friend of mine, he is L-" Erwin was interrupted before he could finish his sentence.
"Levi." The raven haired man said.
Then, I did to him what I always do to my patients upon meeting them. I excitedly stood up from the chair, hurriedly went to his side and gave him a pleasant surprise side-hug. Levi jolted because of the sudden act and he made his very vexed face no other living human being could ever make. I noticed his reaction and turned my face to Erwin without removing my hands from Levi's shoulder. I saw Erwin with a very shocked face and didn't know what to do.

I'm sorry for the very short first chapter. I decided to not put much on the pilot because I just wanted to show what was their first impression on each other and how they met.
