A Babysitter's Attraction

Chapter 2: Back Again

It's a big Monday morning so I get up out of bed and have a hot shower,eat breakfast and head to my room and got dressed in a baby blue jeans with a cute grey sweater  and my grey high tops with a few accessories and my hair in a side braid.

"Yeah right ha ha",Mr.London laughed opening the door.

"Oh Ms.Violet!, I wasn't expecting you back here",he said, I smiled at him but had anger within me.

"Why do you think that Sir".

"Ah, because you came out yelling at me",he said as I rolled my eyes.

"Did you just roll your eyes at me",he asked mysteriously.

"What am I supposed to be scared by that question", I asked looking at him straight.

"Just get in",he said, I passed him and went to the living room.

"BABE!, what do you think about this outfit for-,Whoa!",she said coming in the living room I was startled by my presence.

"What are you doing here!",she asked covering up her black lingerie.

"Nat.., this is piper's babysitter, harmony",he said as she shot me look that could kill.

"Yeah, I know her....,last week in the bar, I met her",she smiled."Well babe, I'll be ready for you tonight", she whispered as I loudy cleared my throat.

He smiled and replied back,"oh I'm ready".

"Oh!, I forgot that you were here", she kissed him and went running back upstairs as she gave me the evil eyes.

"Ah...p's, still in her bed asleep,her schedule is on the fridge,make sure she doesn't go outside, she's allergic to cereal in the pantry so make sure not to give her any, her vitamins are also in the pantry only give her two gummies",he said before he left.

"Stay away from him!", Natalie said give me a another stare,she then took up her car keys then saying "toodles".

After an hour or so of chilling and writing book reports for college, my head goes to Piper, so I slowly go upstairs to see her crying and holding a picture in her hands.

"P, what's wrong?", I asked as she sadly looked up with teary eyes.

"Nothing",she sniffled.

"Come on, I heard that you like Mac n' cheese, let's go make some and talk about it okay", I said as she held out her hands in mine,as we both walked downstairs to the kitchen.

"So what's wrong ?", I asked as she dived down in her Mac n' cheese,she handed me the picture that was in her hands.

"Is this your mom?", I asked as she smiled.

"Yeah, I remember that day ...... It was my fourth birthday party",she said making me smile.

"So do you see her sometimes?".

"I can't .... she's dead", I gasped and started feeling what she had felt.

"What .. how?".

"Cancer,she said as I hugged her and dried her tears with warm comfort".

"Thanks harmie"... wait can I call you that",she asked as I shaked my head and smiled."

Two hours later, I was laying on the couch with Piper fast asleep in my arms,when my phone goes *ding* and I unlock it to see a short text from Collin.

Collin

"How about that date tonight?",he asked as I screamed in excitement, waking p up from her nap.

So it's 6:30 p.m and I'm in my room getting ready for my date with collin tonight, I did a little bit of make-up not too much though, I don't want to scare him away or anything. So I did my hair in a high ponytail, I had on my knee length blue leopard print dress and my black Steven Madden heels, although I loved that this dress kinda gave me that mini shape I was looking for.

My doorbell goes *ding*, as I ran downstairs hoping not to fall.

"Whoa! ...., I never imagined you in a dress, I thought you looked at like a jeans kinda woman",he said as I blushed deeply.

"You're getting a bit red there",he said as I answered back quickly.

"Ah ... that's just my new fenty red blossom blush ..... ,it brightens in the erm ... light", I said looking around.
