I'm finally going back to school, and being enrolled in UCLA. I slowly get out of bed with my huge growing bump, and have a warm shower, while Collin and the girls are sleeping in their beds. The right after I quickly squeezed my way in some black jeans, which does fit me, so I took it off and jumped up and down into a dark blue maternity jeans and a cute plain white top, with my hair in a slick puffy ponytail.
(Yawns)
"So early?", he asked holding Madalaine, as her sister sleeps peacefully.
"Yeah, I have early classes today, so about 12, I'll be home", I said rubbing my stomach.
"Oh and remember the doctor is suppose to tell us the gender today, so just meet me and the kids there", he said as I grabbed my knapsack.
"Love you Mr.Armando, You too my loves", I kissed them.
"Say bye mommy", collin said moving Madalaine's hand.
"B..-y ,momma!", she said as I smiled.
Many faces, eyes, were staring directly at me, is it because I'm bright, or is it because I look like a huge elephant. Whispers and chats come to my ear, but that does stop me from getting where I want to, and achieving my very best.
Yes class was a little tough, but there's no worry, no problem, I alright have enough.
So thirty minutes later after class, I called an Uber and they drove me to my doctor's appointment, where I met up with Collin and the girls inside.
"Hi my Girls!", I said, as Madison waved at me.
"Come on, they're ready for us", he said lifting up Madalaine, as I walked with Madison in my arms.
5 minutes later
"OMG!, your 3 centimeters dialated, I have to bring you the labour room, because this baby is coming today!", she said.
"What!, but he/she isn't due till January", I said lifting my head off the bed.
"Uh..., is the baby gonna be alright", he asked, as I squeezed his hands tightly.
"He/She will be placed in a tube, right after birth, because there will be a lot of breathing problems", doctor Kate said as she walked out of the room.
"What did I do?", I said, looking at Collin and the girls.
"What are you talking about Peach?", he said, smiling at me.
"It's all my fault..., I've been stressing so much to go back to school", I claimed, as tears fell down my eyes.
"It's not your fault, don't say it is, our baby chose to come today, and I'm pretty sure it's a good reason", he said wiping the tears from my eyes and kissing of my hands genly.
5 Hours Later
I've been in a six hour labour, and not yet have I gone close to pushing out this baby. While Collin had went to Natalie's to drop of the girls and went to Starbucks, got my ice in a cup, cause that was the only thing that I could eat during labour, he got himself a chicken sandwich from Panera bread and came back right to my side.
"How are you doing?", he asked, as I took the cup of ice from him and munched it down.
"Someone's a bit hungry", he said, as I began to feel pain, at the lower part of my cervix.
"AH!,...", I yelled out, as the meter beside me is going down slowly.
"Peach?!, Doctors!", he said as my eyes slowly went shut.
"What happened?", We're the only words that I heard, from the doctors before I passed out.
I then thought to myself. What's happening to me?, am I dying?, Is the baby okay?, words that lingered in my head. I hope that we're fine, I thought as a bright light appeared in my face.
