Getting What We Deserve

My eyes opened, a groan leaving my lips as I rubbed my head. "Hey, hey," Seth said, kneeling in front of me, his attention fully on me. "You're okay, Kitty Kat. You're okay," Seth reassured me with a smile as I fully came too.

"What happened?" I asked, my head bounding slightly.

Seth smiled, chuckling slightly as he answered, "My big ass elbow hit your head." I couldn't help but chuckle as well at his words. His head leaned in, giving me a quick kiss before pulling away. His hand grabbed mine, pulling me up.

The door to the boxing unit opened, revealing two guys. Seth quickly pulls out his gun, aiming it at the two men as he steps forward, slightly in front of me. The two men stop, both of their eyes widening.

"Which one of you knows how to drive this thing?" Seth asked, nodding towards the box lifter near us.

The big bald guy raises his hand while the short man stands silently. Seth shoots the short man in the heart, causing him to yell and burn up.

"Are you crazy?" The bald man yelled.

"Not as crazy as that guy was," Seth says, nodding to the burnt corpse. "What's your name?"

The bald man was silent for a second before answering, "Mathew."

"Mathew? Alright, Mathew, here's what's gonna happen. You're gonna move all three of these building blocks upstairs on my truck, pronto, and I am gonna build myself a life of comfort and luxury with my girl."

"Comfort and luxury," Mathew repeats, causing Seth to nod. "Yes, sir," Mathew says, clearly not happy by it but doesn't see the point in fighting when this man will clearly kill him otherwise.

Seth nods, "Make it skippy."

Mathew looks at Seth confused, "Skippy?"

"Just load it up," I order, causing the man to nod. He turns, climbing on the lifter and starting it up. He uses that to lift the box up, carrying it to the elevator where Seth and I followed.

We went up to the main cargo level where our truck sat, watching as he loaded up the box.

"That's it, that's it. Very nice. I'll make sure you get Employee of the Month," Seth comments as the money is loaded up into the truck. As Mathew pulls out and stops, Seth is quick to bring back up his gun. "What the hell are you doin'? There's two more pallets, genius."

The man from outside, with the small mustache suddenly runs over, ready to attack us. I'm quick in my own action, pulling out my gun and aiming it at him.

"Nice try, compadre," I said with a smirk.

"Where do you think you're goin'?" Mustache man asked Seth and I.

Seth can't help but smile at his own words, dropping it towards the end. "Someplace with all kind of umbrella drinks. Now, step off."

Suddenly, Seth is grabbed from behind, making me side step to see a Culebra, only this one has four arms. The sight brings a chill up my back, bringing my guard down for only a second before getting grabbed by Mathew. Seth and I struggle in the men's grip, only to fail.

Both of our guns are snatched from our hands.

Mathew's hand lightly goes over my skin, making me shiver and tip my head to the side. "This one has very nice skin."

"Get your hands off of her you son of a bitch!" Seth yells, scrambling in the man's four arms. One of the man's arms lets free, grabbing a board before hitting it over Seth's head, causing him to go limp.
