It was September 9th and I kinda got use to my new home and my way around . My uncle said he was gonna help me go to school and translate for me since I barley knew Korean. I also had to get my uniform but they said they were gonna give it me in school. I entered the school and got my new schedule and my first period class was law. I sad down next to a boy named Jeno. We were supposed to do group work and on my desk were all boys and 1 girl there names were Jaehyun, Jaemin,Jungwoo and the girl's name was yeri. So, I did not know Korean but Jaehyun knew English cause he lived in America for 4 years so he was able to translate for me and we talked and got to know each other they all were really nice to me and understood that I was a foreigner and that I did not know Korean well but I feel people expected me to know Korean since I'm half Korean but it's not like that. Months past by and I got really use to the new school and all the people on my desk and I became best friends. 1 month later I find out all of my new friends were FAMOUS like what! Yeri was from a group called red velvet and the other 4 boys were from the group NCT.

I was so surprised but that did not change anything . School was very hard for me since I could not read Korean or speak Korean so I decided to take Korean classes so my schedule was 1 through 9. I already knew my first few months would be hard but those Korean classes have been helping a lot. 3 months later I was in math class and I was really close with my math teacher since she knew English and she told me that I was really pretty and offered me a place that does modeling and thought that I would be perfect for it I would of said no cause I was not in shape but I also have to pay rent and I have no job so I had to take the opportunity. The next day was Saturday so I took that day to go to the modeling company and I was so nervous. I told them that I wanted to get an application and i filled out there and they told me that they had to check if I was good enough like my walk and my poses. 30 minutes later they told me that I was good but I have to be in shape which was true cause if you live in America your not in a good shape and I thought that too so they gave me 3 months to get in shape. I was suprised I could not believe that I could have a model body in 3 months.
"I think I saw a gym on my way back from the grocery shop maybe I could go there", I thought to myself . I was scared cause I never worked out and I was very insecure but I had an idea of how i wanted the result to come out. On my way back home I tried finding that gym I even searched it up. 30 minutes of waking and I found it. I asked them I just wanted a 3 month memberships but I wanted to start tomorrow and they gave me an application. I was so happy how nice people were and how easy it was to get stuff.
Working out was hard and painful but I really wanted this job and i kinda thought it would be fun to be a model, like something new!! I had a coach and he was really nice and did not give up on me he told me that since I have only 3 months with him he will have to go hard on me but I'm real life he was so nice. Plus I only had to pay 30,000 won (30$). When told jaehyun about this he said he wanted to go with me so I said yes and he became gym buddies. I think out of everyone jaehyun and I were the most close.
I was so happy that stuff was Changing for the better good. I actually felt healthy and happy after 2 months. My last month was okay and I told my gym coach that I will come back. Jaehyun on the other hand is gonna stay and keep going I might join him again. School was going alright and my Korean classes have been going good to the point were I could finally order my own food in Korean. LOL,It was fun. I was so proud of myself because I finally got the shape of body I wanted and after 3 months of hard work I went back to the modeling company and they were surprised with the change over 3 months they went to look back at my application to check everything and told they Will call me back but I have to do some new poses since I lost weight and after an hour they finally let me go and I was surprised how they just took photos in the clothes I was wearing and nothing fancy but I was just a draft.
