Kayla couldn't believe her eyes. It was beautiful. A huge water fall. It was huge. She could hear it rushing. It was stunning . She was definitely in a forest. She was surrounded with trees. Trees every where. Yet... She could still here the orchestra. It was faint. She followed the noise. She came across a nasty line of thorns. She hates thorns. When she was little she was running around in the woods with her dad and she fell into a thorn bush. She had scratches everywhere and was bleeding pretty bad. There was a long thorn in her finger. It had hurt pretty bad. So she did her best to avoid all the thorns. She finally made it through. With one minor scratch. It didn't hurt that bad though. Kayla heard the orchestra music getting louder. Then she saw some light that was shining from up ahead. She ran to it. She stopped running. She had arrived at a palace. It looked like it was made out of glass and diamonds. She knocked hoping somebody in there could tell her where she was. After waiting for what seemed forever someone finally answered the door. It looked like the maid. The maid looked young. Like she was probably 16. She had dark brown hair that was short and wavy. She had brown eyes and was wearing and apron. Maybe she was the cook? Kayla didn't really know.
Who are you? said the maid.
I am Kayla. I was wondering if you could tell me where I am?
You are at the Jewel Palace.
And where is that?
In Mokli
