~LUNA'S POV~

Me and Andy talked as we walked further down the ally. Turns out we have a lot in common. I told him about how bad my family is and it turns out he has a shit life too. " When I was younger I was abused almost every day. In the mornings before I went to school, and when I went home. My mother would beat me with her shoe and my father would slap me and beat me with his belt."
It made me want to cry as he said that. "My parents abuse me too, but only when they are drunk or in a bad mood."
I say in a simple tone. "I get slapped and kicked around but I don't really mind."
He looks at me with concern in his eyes. "I'm 17 and I'm going to be 18 in a month so I can move out then."
I say to calm him down. He looks at the ground. "You know, if you wanted to... You could come stay at the band house... That's where my band mates stay sometimes. You're free to stay as long as you want."
Wow did he really just offer me a home?
"I'm 21 so I have my own place if you would like to stay with me instead."
Wow a really hot stranger just invited me to live with him. I could feel the blush start to rise on my face. He smirked as he saw the effect he had on me. "Here."
He said handing me his phone. I typed my number in then gave him my phone so he could do the same. We said our goodbyes and went our separate ways. Once I got home I hoped that my parents would be out. I have bad luck so as soon as I walked in they were right there in the living room. great. My mother looked at me then hobbled over with a huff. "Where the hell have you been child. Dishes don't clean themselves. Get to it you lazy bitch!" She yelled.
I walked to my room and locked the door. Soon my father came pounding on the door. I went over and unlocked it. As soon as I did I was slapped acrossed the face with a belt. He then pushed me over and belted my back 3 times. I fought back tears. " Now do as your mother asks!" He screeched, and he left my room. I got up and did the dishes. I ran off to my room after. I sent andy a picture of my face.

I left for Andy's. I was going to spend the next week there. I was overwhelmed by the fact that I got to spend a whole week with this man. This wonderful creature.
