I woke up to Legolas staring at his mark. I sit up and wrap my arms around his shoulders. "Morning my love" I said. He looks at me and kisses me. "Do you ever wonder what's so important about a mark?" Legolas asked. I nodded. "I never really noticed what they stood for. I don't mind them" I said. "I'm glad mine was with you" he said. I smiled. "Time to get ready for the trip" I said. Legolas followed me around the room and picked me up. I yelped and looked at him. "Just want to hold you one more time before dealing with Boromir" he said. I nodded and kissed his head.
After packing, we headed out to where everyone was going to meet. We were early, but we soon saw Aragon. "Morning brother" I called. "Morning sister" he replied. "Morning Legolas" Aragon called. "Morning Mellon" Legolas replied. "I hope you're treating my sister well. I don't normally approve of my friend dating my sister but I trust you" Aragon said. "I'm glad" Legolas replied. Next came the hobbits with Gandalf. We said hello. Next came Gimli and last came Boromir. On the road, Boromir wouldn't stop flirting with me and I was annoyed. I looked at my brother and mouthed help. He nods and turns to Boromir. "Stop flirting with my sister. She is a trained warrior, plus I'm her brother and her boyfriend's a trained warrior prince elf. Don't piss us off" Aragon warned. That unfortunately only made Boromir flirt even harder. I growled when he came to close. He ignored it. I sucker punched him in the face and he just laughed. Gimli noticed and told the hobbits to warn Legolas. They did as they were instructed. Legolas turned around to see a very annoyed girlfriend. I looked at Legolas for help. He asked Gandalf to hold Bob for a second. He agreed and came over to me. "Is he annoying you?" Legolas asked in elven. I nodded. Boromir smirked at Legolas and my boyfriend lunged at him, but I grabbed him before he could kill Boromir. "Enough Legolas. I think you scared him" I said in elven. "Come to the front with me" Legolas said in elven. I agreed and quickly traveled to the front. "Hello Aria. I see Boromir is taking a liking to you." he said. I nodded. "Don't worry. You have the fellowship and Boromir won't be happy to be a toad the rest of his life if he keeps this up" Gandalf warned. I laughed.
Time skip: We traveled through the mines and "lost" Gandalf now we were in Galadriel's home. I watched as Legolas walked by with a lantern. The elves were singing a song for Gandalf. I couldn't listen to it any longer so I went to bed. The next morning, Galadriel told me that it would be best if I stayed behind. Aragon agreed but not Legolas. I stayed anyway hoping that they would come back alive.
As the days passed by, the more lonely I felt. My mark was giving me pain and I was scared for Legolas and for my brother, I was scared for my friends the hobbits, Gandalf who was found alive, and for Gimli to return home. I curled up in a ball and fell asleep. I woke up the next day feeling a little better but not much. I ate very little and watched the river. I wore this:
I felt a surge of pain go through my body and I collapsed gasping. I could feel my mark burning and I growled. I kept up with my training or rather practice and all I could think of was those I loved. I dodge my competitions blows, but that ended when a firm blow hit my mark. I yelped and collapsed in pain. I tried standing but couldn't. My vision blurred and everything went black. I woke up later in my bed. I looked at Galadriel and she looked amused. "What is it?" I asked. "You mark is glowing green." She said. "We have visitors" a guard said. I looked at Galadriel and we both took off in a run. We stopped at the edge of the forest and saw in the distance Aragon with a crown, Arwen with a crown, Legolas in formal wear, Gimli in formal wear, and the hobbits in armor. I looked so confused and Galadriel told me to go back to training. I obeyed.
I was more aggressive when I practiced. My opponent attacked and I dodged. I continued with this until we decided to go hand to hand combat. I pulled this move.
My opponent recovered and was confused. He charged and I pulled this move.
"Given up yet?" I asked. "Never" he replied. I punched him and he yelped in pain. He quickly surrendered and I smirked. "I win" I said. "The last person who was able to pull those moves was the shadow. He was the best fighter and warrior in all of Middle Earth. No one could beat him. You were trained weren't you by him?" he asked. I nodded. I helped him up and turned around when I hear clapping. "Aria that was amazing!" Sam yelled. I whirled around and gasped. The hobbits ran over and hugged me. "I'm so glad that you're all safe" I said. "Tag you're it" Frodo yelled. "You're on" I yelled. I took off running after them. I tagged Pippin who then started to chase me. I ran through the camp. "Box her in" Pippin yelled to the other hobbits. I smirked. The three hobbits blocked my path but I had another way to get through. I sprang onto a tree and flipped over their heads. They continued to chase my until I was at least 100 meters away from my tent. They tackled me and we burst out laughing. "We got you Aria!" Merry cheered. "Yeah you did. You gave me a scare back there" I said trying not to die from laughing. We all continued to laugh until Merry started a tickle fight. "NNNOOOO! STOP PLEASE!" I squealed laughing as Merry tickled me. Pippin joined in and I squirmed. Frodo and Sam were laughing.
We finally took a break and I watched the hobbits eat a snack. "Hello dear sister!" Aragon yelled running up to me. I gave him a hug. "I see you are a King and Arwen is your Queen" I said. "Yeah. It's been quite a day." he said. "Still up for some fun?" I asked. Aragon looked confused. I held up his dagger. "How? You're dead" he yelled chasing after me. I gave up the chase and he crashes into me. "I win" Aragon said. He rolls away from me and I give him his dagger. He helps me up and we laugh. "I haven't done that since we left" I said. "Yeah well I'll miss it" Aragon said. "Don't worry. I'll come by and start some trouble. Maybe I'll teach Arwen some tricks" I said. "You better not" Aragon laughed. We walked back to camp and Gimli tackles me. "Lassie. You're alright!" Gimli squealed. "Yeah but I can't breath!" I grumbled. "Oh sorry" Gimli said. I gasped for air and sat up. "Legolas is acting strange. You should go find him" Aragon said. I nodded and ran off.
