The next day, Legolas and I traveled to Mirkwood. We were greeted by Lord Thranduil, Legolas' father. "Hello dear son. Who might this be?" Lord Thranduil asked. "Father, this is my love Aria." he said. I bowed in respect and Lord Thranduil was beaming. "Come, come my child. Let me look at you." he said. I walked to him and he looked at me. "Your eyes are beautiful. Like the forest" he said. I blushed. "Are you a skilled warrior?" he asked. I nodded. "What are you skilled in?" he asked. "I'm skilled in white blades, a sword, a bow, and in hand to hand combat" I replied. "I like her" lord Thranduil cheered at Legolas. "If my son wishes to marry you, then I am welcome to it" he said. I smiled and bowed to him. "I like her respect and she makes me feel warm. We're keeping her" Lord Thranduil joked with Legolas who was smiling. "Come on, I'll show you where you can stay." Thranduil said. "I heard that Legolas and you have been sleeping together. That means you can stay in his room." Thranduil smiled. "Thank you" I replied. Legolas showed me to his room. It was rather large and it resembled the forest. "Wow" I said spinning around in a circle. "I'm glad you like it" Legolas said. He comes up behind me and rubs my arms. He slides his hands down my arms and intertwines his fingers with mine. "I love you" he says in my ear. "I love too" I replied looking over my shoulder. He kisses me and I smile.
That next day was the wedding. the maids kept me in once place while everyone prepared. I missed Legolas. He wasn't allowed to see me until the ceremony.
I wore this:
My hair:
My makeup:
I was so nervous, but I remembered everything.
Legolas:
The wedding bells rang and a guard escorted me to the ceremony. As I walked down the aisle with Thranduil, Legolas looked like he was seeing an angel. We did our vows and given the rings:
Legolas:
Mine:
"You may kiss the bride" the priest said. Legolas kisses me happily. I smiled and Thranduil was crying. Everyone cheered and clapped.
After the ceremony, there was a party. I was forced to change of course.
I smiled at myself when I wore the dress. It was the dress where I met the fellowship.
Legolas smiled at me when I walked over to the balcony. "Hello my love, you look wonderful" he said in elven. "Thank. You look handsome as well" I said. (Sorry that was cheese). I leaned into his side and sighed. "Do you miss everyone?" I asked. Legolas nodded. I stood up straight when a familiar face appeared in the crowd. "What is it?" Legolas asked. I smiled and ran off. Legolas followed closely. I weaved through the crowd and was engulf in a hug. "Aria, my dear sister!" Aragon cheered. I laughed and almost fell over my dress. "Aria, don't run off like that." Legolas panted. "Aragon. I thought you couldn't make it" Legolas said. "Well, I lied. I had to make it." Aragon laughed. "I may have brought some friends. "Aria!" four familiar voices yelled. I whirled around to be tackled by the hobbits. "You four are still as energetic as ever" I laughed. "Lassie!" Gimli yelled. "Gimli!" I cheered. He came over and bowed. I gave him a disapproving look. "You know I hate bows." I joked and hugged him. "Much better" I laughed. "Our little princess" a two voices said. My eyes went wide. I turned around and saw Gandalf and Lord Elrond. I ran into there arms almost crying. "I guess this really is a surprise" Legolas joked.
After the party, Legolas and I sat in our chamber. "How are you feeling?" Legolas asked. "I'm fine. Never was the biggest fan of parties" I said. My husband smiled and rubbed my arms. "You are so much like your brother" Legolas said. I laughed. "Do you want to join me in bed?" I asked. "I would love to" Legolas chuckled. I slipped into a pair of shorts and a simple shirt and climbed into bed. Legolas joined me and pinned me down. I smiled and he presses his lips on mine. He deepens the kiss and wants something more. He kisses my neck, but I don't squirm. I was used to it. Being adorable, he wraps himself in the sheets next to me. "Le melin" he says. "Le melin" I replied. With that, we fall asleep.
