Adam's POV:
The first week of school wasn't how I wanted it to be.
Everyone wascongratulating me on "coming out".
Even the teachers.
Lisa told everyone.
She even had this banner made saying "Congrats on being the first boy to ever come OUT!"
That was a bunch of bull.
To be honest, I think I'm the first boy to ever turn her down.
And guess what Sean got me?
A magazine of shirtless, muscular men. I gave it to Harley as soon as I got home.
Harley heard of it too. And almost, just almost, told Dad.
But, I had to explain to her the entire situation.
I don't have a problem with gay people. My favorite cousin Ren is gay. I don't have a problem with it, I swear.
I just have a problem with the kids at my school knowing.
You see, the popular kids, the two devils Ben and Lisa have a problem with it.
They'll make a whole joke about it, and then soon, it will catch on.

I'm walking to gym class.
Gym.
Oh how I LOATHE gym.
Ben and his possé last year always made me stay in the back, next to the popular girls.
And guess what I did.
Nothing.
It was boring as hell.
And this year, I'm going to participate.
No matter what.
I like gym to be honest, but to everyone else, Ben has made me the spitting image of a nerd that he'll give wedgies to.
If he ever tried to, I'll break his arm.
Try me.
Anyhow, I walked in and saw all my classmates. There was this new girl, Yara from America. She was here only for a few months.
She was lucky.
She was popular already and had more friends than I could count. And, she was allowed to have a cheat sheet during math, since she would need the conversions.
She looked at me and smiled.
She was not entirely like Lisa, but she was somewhat.
She flirted with every boy and even sometimes showed up to school in regular clothes, not her uniform.
"Hi Adam!" She waved. I gave a small wave back and bent down to tighten my shoe laces. Someone ruffled my hair harshly.
