It was a foggy and rainy day in the Land of Aaa, but that wasn't what was so interesting about that day. That day a "15" year old boy named Gumball was about to set off on an adventure to check in on his beloved friend and former crush, Fionna. But before he could even think about doing that he had to dress to impress. Gumball's favorite color of all time was pink and he wasn't ashamed of it. He openly loved and adored cute pink things, he even wore things like fruity scented perfumes but thats besides the point. It was now 9:40 AM and finally Bubbas eyes slowly opened as he heard Faint Meows and soft warm kitten pads from his Alarm, touching at his flushed forehead and cheek meat. "Nh..Oo...hehe' Alright I'm up, I'm up. Gumball smiled sleepily as he held onto his kitten alarm clock before lovingly nuzzling they're noses together, and after a short while Bubba finally decided to let the thing go as he stood up. Goosebumps flushed over his pale pink skin as he slid the rest of his covers off of him and walked towards his closet before taking out his outfit he had picked out from the other night. It was his lovely bright pink rain boots, and his pair of Hot pink skinny jeans, and plain pink V-neck with his everyday necessity, his crown. But no outfit was complete without a jacket so he happily took out his brand new light pink rain coat he had bought especially for this weather. He wasn't exactly a fan of the cold weather but he thought he might as well make the best of it with a cute outfit. But oh my Glob he had to Hurry it was already 10:30. "Boy does time fly fast!" The boy thought with surprise as he stripped from his grey sweatpants and plain T shirt, the cold quickly clinging to his skin causing him to wrap his arms around his chest. "Oh dear.." Bubba thought as he walked quickly into the heated bathroom before taking out his toothbrush and wasting no time to doing his daily routine. This was one of those days Bubba had bad bed hair. He had no choice but to brush through his layered fringe and hope for the best. He had no time for primping he had to see Fionna! So quickly bubble sprayed his neck with his cotton candy scented perfume become bolting out to his bed and quickly sliding on his Lucky briefs then soon after his originally planned outfit. Bubba had to admit he looked pretty darn good but this was no time for a pat on the back. Gumbal hurriedly opened the door to his bedroom before running down the stairs but soon being halted by a concerened Peppermint maid. "Uh Prince Gumball you better slow down, you could hurt yourself" Gumball shook his head as he ran down towards the front door, before pointing his finger at his maid to get her attention and pulling on the handle to the exit. " See? I didn't even get hu- Auh!" Suddenly the door swung open to hit his head by his left eyebrow causing him to cry out under his breath with both embarrassment and pain."Ah..o-ow..." Pepper mint maid gasped as she heard Bubba cry out so she gripped at the bottom of her dress before cautiously but hurriedly running down the steps towards her childish Prince. "Oh my Gumball..tsk' now you see? This is why you should listen to me more." Peppermint Maid pouted as she crooked her finger to show Bubba that she wanted him to tilt down towards her so she could reach him. "Don't fuss now, i'm gonna patch you up right away." Bubba pouted with a nod as he whimpered in discomfort from the band aid coming into contact with his bruised skin. "See? Good as new." She continued before quickly pecking over the band-aid with a blush before backing up with a bow, her candy cheeks faintly turning pink. " Now you better hurry." Gumball nodded with a smile before thanking her and taking his pink backpack that held the sandwhiches and snacks he had made for the both of them before running outside his kingdom and towards the foggy woods. He sure wished there was a different way to get over to Fionna but sadly he didn't know any other way, and no matter how many times he went through it, it didn't get any less creepy. As he made his way through the damp woods he was almost 100% sure something was watching him. Suddenly the hair behind his neck stood on end, causing him to stop his movements completely. "Oh dear.." He whispered underneath his breath as he hesitantly began to walk again. A clear sound of flapping wings rang through the trees causing Gumball to flinch and walk faster. He could finally see the tip of Fionnas tree house! He knew it was now or never so with no holding back he full on sprinted through the woods, ignoring the chattering of the forest's animals. His back was getting quite heavy from his backpack so he swiftly shifted it off of his back and into his hand. But as he was running he had failed to notice the rather large tree branch that stood there with pride and clumsily ran into it, causing his bag to fly in the back of him, and having his body flip over it and into the muddy dirt with a loud thud. Could this day get any worse? Bubba thought as he dazedly laid on the forests floor and looked up at the foggy and grey sky. He actually thought it was quite beautiful how the fog faintly glowed through the tree tops. While Gumball laid groggily on the floor from the fall he just had, a faint figure of an animal began to dig through Gumballs bag and into his small picnic basket he had arranged for him and Fionna. Suddenly Bubba slowly sat up before staggering to his feet. "Where did it go..?" he whispered to himself as he rest his hands tiredly on his hips before walking towards the bush closet to him. Oh he was hurt alright but he had to go to Fionnas soon, he could just see the annoyed look on her face for him being this late. Luckily he soon discovered his bag and quickly grabbed onto it before zipping it up and walking over to the green hills where Fionnas tree house was. "Phew! Finally!" Gumball smiled with relief as he ran over to the well known door he saw every other day.

"Today will be different, I just know it."

Oh it would be different. Him and Fionna were definitely in for a surprise.
