Chapter 1 - Wake Up Call

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP
You groaned and pulled the blanket over your head as the ear piercing ringing of your alarm clock echoed around your bedroom. You lifted your arm up from the under the covers and swung it around blindly until you finally hit the snooze button of your alarm clock. You sighed deeply before you tried to open your eyes.
Rita: Arrrrrrr!!!
You quickly shut your eyes again as the blinding light pouring in from your window and hit your eyes. You buried your head back under your pillow.
Rita: Just a 5 minute nap won't hurt
You mumbled to yourself. Just as you were about to drift back off to dreamland.....
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP
Rita: ARRRR SHUT UP!!
You yelled as your head shot up and you slammed your hand onto the alarm clock.
You ran your hand through your slightly tangled hair and a low sigh left your throat you throw the blankets off your body and trudged your way towards your bedrooms ensuite.

You stepped out your shower quickly and wrapped your white towel around your body. You quickly shuffled out of your bathroom and into your walk in wardrobe. You ran your hand along the rows of clothes that hanged of the shelves. When you heard your phone ringing.
Rita: Shit
You hugged your towel tighter to your body and ran into your room.
Rita: Where the hell is it!?
You throw your stuff around the room frantically trying to find your phone.
RING RING
You grabbed your pillow and throw it towards the bedroom door. You grabbed your phone and read the message that appeared on the screen.

Random: "Morning Rita, Don't forget your meeting with Mr William today at 10:00 am. See you at work. :)"

Rita: Ahhhh fucking hell, how did I forget that
You throw your phone back onto your bed and walked back into your ensuite.
Rita: Well now I actually have to put effort into my outfit
You said with a sigh. You pulled out several outfits and held them up against yourself looking in the mirror. You looked at the clock hanging up in the ensuite
Rita: Fuck!
You only had 20 minutes before you had to be at your work. You grabbed the first outfit that you saw and ran out the wardrobe and into the bathroom to got dressed.

You throw yourself out of the bedroom door and ran down the stairs as quickly as you could which wasn't very fast considering you were in high heels. You rushed over to your kitchen counter and grabbed a banana off the kitchen bench, you grabbed your keys and throw them into your handbag with your phone. You ran out the door and unlocked your car and jumped into the driver's seat, you started the car and speed off down the driveway.
